On Monday I spent 169.00 on many useful items. Because I would be late for dinner I purchased PFChangs Sweet and Sour Dinner for 2 in the freezer section of the store here in Bensalem. About two hours after dinner I became deathly sick and my husband began after midnight. This FOOD POISONING has lasted for the past two days causing both of use to loose work. Just a few minutes ago I called the store and spoke to a "Manager" named TOM. After telling him the same story he replied"Oh, I thought I lost you". Never once did he ask for my name or number nor did he inquire to see how we were feeling today. I know you are busy setting up for Black Friday but this is not good management especially with Walmart directly across Route 1. I wanted to make sure that no one else is permitted to get this ill. It was horrible. Please pull this iten=m from your freezer and check the freezer for its temperature. I do hope to receive a response from Someone other than TOM.

The electronics department sold me the wrong blue ray player TWICE!!! This was a gift for my grandmothers birthday. They told me it was wireless and it was not. then I spoke to the manager and he said a wireless one would be waiting at customer service when I returned the first one... when I got it home &I tried setting it up again... it was not wireless. These idiots waisted a total of 3 trips to target, and 3 hours in setting up blue ray players... and the extra half hour of a girl looking at the first blue ray box saying "um...um...um..." when I asked if I needed to buy anything extra other than an hdmi cord for it. I cant even believe my experience.. it was the worst shopping experience of my life!!!! For all this, they gave me only 10 percent off... do not trust these people! There is a Walmart 2 mins down the road, go there instead. or go to a target in another state because it will save you time & stress!

Bensalem target is so disappointing. I went to register. First it said wait someone will be with you..no one came so we waited in line at the customer service desk. Then found out they didnt charge any of their registry scanners. She said they havent been plugged in all week (would take an hour to charge), and that we couldnt use our phones and we had to go to another target.. she made me not want to even register at target anymore

Maybe I go here at the worst time ever. I go to the Target on Horizon Blvd several times a week over my lunch break. Aisles are blocked because they are being stocked. If they are not being stocked, then they are empty. Every time I go to this particular Target I cannot get 1/2 the items on my list because their shelves are empty. Sadly, I go to Walmart now for one stop shopping.

What can I say about Target that you dont already know? The stores are consistently well-staffed, clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. This Target was no different. I had a cashier that opened a register line just for me because she saw I only had two items and was behind a person with a full cart. If only Wal-Mart had this quality staff!

Very clean and organized. Went in and had trouble looking for certain items. An employee named Alex approached me to ask if I needed help. From there she escorted me to where I needed to go, answering all my questions with a smile.

Usually I come here and ask if they have something in stock when I know they do and the employees usually just say they dont know of just say no. Even though when I look online or ask another employee I get a different answer.

I dont like how this store is setup. Its confusing where the products are located. They arent well stocked either. I only go here if I cant get to the other locations and Im in a hurry.

Prices a little higher than Walmart but store is bright w/big isles & shelves are full. I also feel I get a greater selection. Plenty of parking. The whole vibe is relaxed & peaceful.

Small enough that I can run through the store rather quickly, but large enough to offer a wide selection in each department. Clean and neat. Love target!

Its Target, they have everything that you need. Clean and friendly staff. Get the Target card to save 5% plus use the cart wheel app to save more.

This Target is quick and close for quick runs, but prefer the location in Oxford Valley for big shopping trips as its usually better stocked.
