This was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had! I walked into an empty store, approached the service counter attended by two Sprint customer service personnel and proceeded to be ignored by both of them for nearly 10 minutes. Both were talking on their phones, obviously not business related calls, but personal conversations. When, after the first few minutes, neither worker would even make eye contact with me. I began to ask if they were still open, when one worker looked my way, rolled her eyes and continued her phone conversation. The girl seated next to her, looked up and asked if I was purchasing a product. I said no and I was there to service my phone. She said,"oh we dont do that. You got to call sprint. Maybe you shouldve went to Apple. They have 1 year warranty on that phone. My response was,"I bought the phone from sprint and purchased the extra insurance. Are you telling me you dont accept the insurance you sold me?" She scribbled a number on a piece of paper and handed it to me. She then told me sprint does all service via mail.

Recently on Friday my wifes phone died and we had to have one that day as we were going out of town. We went to the closest store in Burlington but they did not have any S7s in stock. Alexa called Ali in the Cherry Hill store and she said they had some in stock and she would be waiting for us. When we arrived at the store Ali greeted us by name and said Ive been waiting for you. Ali was very professional, kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time explaining how the new phone purchasing plan works and how it would affect by bill. She then transferred all the data from my wifes old phone to the new phone while we were in the store to make sure everything transferred properly. She took her time and explained all the new phones features to my wife and helped her set up her email and facebook accounts. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Ali for the best Sprint phone purchase Ive made in 11 years. Youre the best!

These people are only helpful if you are purchasing a new account or doing an upgrade. When there is an issue with your phone the technicians are quick to look for small defects i.e.... small scrapes, discoloration, smudges on screen to tell you its a physically defected! I have been a Sprint customer for 14 years and this store has gotten worst by the years. Dont be fooled by the bright colors and the pretty products all around you in there. The employees (some of them) are very obnoxious and seemingly have an aggressive "I dont give a damn" attitude when you bring the problem to them. I have had to deal with customer care each time to override what these people have refuse to do you a helpful service. I will travel out of town if I ever again need service for my phone! I will not go back to this store for ANYTHING again!! But yet and still they say "thank you for being a valued sprint customer" yeah right, not in this store!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Expect at least a 4 hour wait and 1 "tech". They dont even answer the phone if you call. Customer service reps are completely useless. I thought dealing with the main corporate store would be easier but it was the total opposite. This sgore is considered a "repair center" but all they do is ship the phone to a " repair company". This store doesnt even deserve 1 star.

The store Manager April Bates falsified my contract, added a line to my account without telling me. Told me that she would give us "FREE"cases and screen protectors for our phones but she really used the $100 credit for the phone I traded in for the so called "FREE" items. They are real scammers at this location and its a 3rd party store so Sprint cant do anything once they screw you over!

This is the worst store in the entire USA. The people and the manager are so rude and dont help you when you go with the issue, they try to find fault on you and want you to pay. They gave me a defective piece of phone and when i went back they are not ready to take back and wasted my time, money and energy. Never ever go this store, they are full of idiots in this store.
