Baby ducks & chickens for sale. What was most disturbing was that the baby ducks & one group of baby chicks, were crammed together like sardines . At 11 AM when I was there, I pointed it out to 3 employees (one of which I was told was the manager) --- I was told they were working on it. At1:45 PM when I went back to check - NOTHING had been done and the ducks had absolutely NO WATER - almost 3 hours had gone by. They were jammed in so tight most couldnt even get to the feeder. DESPICABLE, because it would take all of 5 - 10 minutes to fill the water. I normally dont have a problem with their staff & spend quite a bit of money each month in this store for animal feed. I found it unconscionable that not one employee cared enough to do something about it.

Worst costumer service ever... I paid a depost and put a chicken coop on layaway. After 2 weeks went to pay remaining cost and pick up my coop. I was told that its not in yet but will be in tomorrow and that they would call me. Its been about 2 month of this nonsense. I never received a call. And every time I call I am told the same thing (they will get it the next day and will let me know). Today was the first time I got a call from them to tell me that they ran out of that coop and they will refund me my depost.... what the hell am I supposed to do now? I have 6 fully grown chickens in a box in my house and no coop. I will never give them any business and will make sure to pass the word.

Weve bought chickens here, as well as all the food/equipment and everything was of great quality. Being there so much I have found I really like the jeans they sell. Doesnt sound like much, but for me, these things are enough to drive out from Philly for.
