Well over a year ago, I googled the nearest sprint store to my location at the time and was directed here. I expected my experience to be just like every other cell phone place Ive been to, long waits and terrible customer service. Boy, was I wrong!! Upon walking in for the very first time, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and sincere interest in finding a solution to my problem. As we all know, theres always problems with cell phones at one time or another but I have to say that my experience here over the past year or so has me beyond satisfied. I have bought 3 phones over the last year and have added people to my Sprint plan because of the customer service in this store. It is not often that you are known by name just after the very first visit but this store makes you feel like family every time you walk in! Ive seen this with almost every customer that walks in, so its not just me! I now drive over an hour to have my Sprint interests and difficulties handled only because my local Sprint stores just dont have the same continuous high quality customer service that this store provides. I HIGHLY recommend Mario! Although I have had exceptional service from every one Ive encountered in this store, Mario is definitely my go to guy for all my cell phone needs! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

First let me start with I live over an hour away from this store so after reading so many positive reviews I took the ride and I wasnt disappointed. As soon as you enter the store you are greeted with a welcoming smile and employees are ready to start helping you. This was not the case for the store 5 minutes away from my house, which totally ignore you and no one was in the store; hence me driving to a store which respects its customers time. I went straight from work and was in and out of the store with my new iPhone 7 plus with all my questions answered and all my info transferred. It was such an excellent example of customer service that Sprint should be proud that this store property represents them and I will be a loyal customer from now on to this store. Thank you Mario for showing exemplary service and I appreciate your time and assistance.

Okay so I was just recently in the store this past weekend 10/14/2016 and I honestly walked in miserable and walked out so happy lol. A guy by the name of Mario helped me and being that Ive worked in customer service, I appreciated the fact that he didnt talk over me. He listened to my issue and made it a priority to help. My phone had gotten stolen the previous day and I was damn near in tears. He sold me an s5 and gave me options on how to deal with the situation when i called Sprint customer care because i still had to pay off the phone (that was stolen). If I ever have an issue, Mario is definitely my guy

The staff at this Sprint store could not have been more helpful. Store manager Mario and reps Kris and George set up our plans, ordered our new phones, and when we had a question about billing, Mario contacted Sprint customer service for us and patiently explained everything to us in detail. I highly recommend you go to this store even if it means a longer drive than another store which may be closer to you. You will not be disappointed!

Was pleased with the prices on the plan, network is not bad , definitely worth the price drop from verizon. Paying $90, for 4 phones, unlimited. .. i had to sign up for automatic payment to get that price, but its worth it.. The reps are very friendly, not pushy at all.. I like that. Couldnuse more color selections for the otterbox cases, but all else was great.

They are doing a great job helping me through my transaction and I can see they tailor to every customer that walked through their door. They also cut my bill in half! Clean location, friendly staff was a plus. Oh yeah, they carry batteries for most phones which was cool.. I Was able to buy a battery for an old galaxy s3 also for a very low price.. Good selection on accessories, will do business here again
