I been looking for engagement ring, I went to every store in my area, they all had exactly the same things, the only difference was price or the size of the stone. It was the worst experience ever, I was almost 100% convince that no matter what ring I choose from the other stores I will never be fully satisfied with my decision (sure is expensive, and have big stone, but absolutely no style). I been walking my dog for a while in that area, came up across this store, looked nothing special, you could call it cheap, but once I went inside I was surprised, not a single peace of new jewelry, at least that how it looked to my untrained eye. I found rings from different eras, it was like a journey through time, most of them looked like they were not cleaned for a while. Very nice lady came up to me, and asked what I was looking for I told her how strange my request was, and to my surprise she said "you came to the right place, we dont have much new jewelry, and you looking for a antique ring", She showed me few rings, I was still not fully satisfied. Finally she went to the other side, and showed one small dark (stained) ring nothing special one could think, but you should see the look in my eyes, I was excited, I screamed this is it, this is what I been looking for all that time (2 years now), this is perfect, she looked at me somehow surprised the ring was dark and not appealing at that time, she said she would be more than happy to polish it for me, I was "no for god sake, this is what makes the ring so special, its peace of history" I asked just to clean it a bit so that the stone and ring can regain some of its new charm but still keep the old forgotten look. The ring was platinum, 1920 style with hardly .4 karate stone, but it was perfect. (I paid hardly 1725.00 for it what a steal in my opinion). Now I cant wait till 24th, I want to see the look on her face, the ring represents her personality, and her style, I am sure it will stay in our family for generation. To all guys out there, DON"T BUY THOSE COMERCIAL RINGS FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS you can find a lot of class and style for less in this store. And what more important you will be buying a peace of history, and your future fiancé will appreciate that you took the time to stand out, and look for this unique gift rather than went to ZALES or other commercial stores. (BTW even the high end jewelry store like one up the street from that one can’t match it, trust me I went there thinking that money will buy me what I am looking for, but I wasn’t satisfied) I highly recommend this store for someone that is looking for the antique style ring, they have all shape and sizes, and it’s a store that I will be visiting in future for all special gifts for special occasions. Was not impressed. Went there and was treated very rudely. The elderly lady is the one I dealt with. I was selling some items from my grandmothers estate that no one in the family wanted. I did extensive research to find out what they went for online, what the markings meant and had a jeweler appraise the stones. i went there and they offered me less than the value of the gold ! Now I do look quite young so I am not sure if they were trying to rip me off because of how young I looked. After she gave me the offer I simply stated thank you but I will just take the items back. Then the elderly lady just pushed them toward me and said go ahead take them and make sure you tear up the picture we printed you as these items are no longer in our care. The greediness of these people turned me off completely not to mention the complete lack of grace and manners in dealing with their customers.

Peter is amazing! I looked all over for the perfect estate engagement ring and Peter took the time to show us loose estate diamonds and original estate settings and we created " my perfect ring" . Peter is very knowledgeable and truly has a passion for this. I cant wait to use him again for our bands. Thank you Peter and Staff!!!! He truly made us comfortable and we enjoyed the experience immensely. I hihgly recommend Peter Suchy Jewelers to anyone.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time buying our wedding bands here. Peter’s such a nice guy and Catherine was an absolute pleasure. She has a great eye. We ended up buying her picks. Our rings are perfect. We look forward to wearing them for the rest of our lives. It was a no pressure, joyful experience. They’ll have our future business.
