Went here to get a ring resized and the results were rather sloppy. They didnt take the time to properly size my finger, and left the inside of the ring raw and scratched. The cost to resize the ring was fairly cheap compared to most places, but it definitely showed in the lack of quality. They gave us $4 for the decently sized piece of platinum they cut off instead of giving me the option to keep it for sizing up in the future. Ended up going to Gennaro in Bellmore and was much happier with their service.

I went there to have repair work done on a watch as well as a polish. The work was exceptional. When I receive the watch back it looked like brand new. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
