Bought an engagement ring, unsized; my fiancee brought it to the store less than a week later to have it sized and the salesperson tried to tell her that because we didnt buy the $80 protection plan she couldnt have it sized for free -- even though sizing is included free in the initial purchase. Its like the store doesnt understand how engagement rings work. Once she threatened to simply return it though they comped the resize. But why isnt that included? Thats so standard I just assumed it would be at Littman, too.

Bought a littman engagment ring for my wife and the quality of the ring was horrible the diamond fell out we paid to get it fixed and got the ring back in worse condition!!!! The gold was warped and melted with a rough surface and the diamond was dirty and definitely not quality work dont waste your money or time.
