I went to Jared! I went here for my search for the perfect diamond ring, and I got it!! I thought I did my due diligence through online research and interrogating my girlfriend about what kind of ring she liked before I went...I didnt. Lesson 1: Understand that different certifications change the price of a diamond drastically. Lesson 2: Ask questions! As I walked into Jared, the doors opened and I was instantly greeted with friendly smiles. I was quickly approached by Lisa Jenkins. She introduced herself and asked what she could help me with. (Thats sounds like obvious sales 101, until you go somewhere else and dont get introduced, dont get a friendly smile, and they dont ask your name). I never felt pressured. I knew I was not buying a ring that day and I told her that. That did not make her less interested. She helped me with everything. She told me the different certifications and how that can affect the price of a diamond. Lisa is the definition of professional. I didnt see how much until I went other places to do some comparisons. Lisa went over everything with me, slowly and carefully. When I asked questions, that were probably obvious and everyone already knows, she answered without judgment. Lisa was clear and thorough! After going to 3 other jewelers I knew I had to return to Jared buy. Unfortunately, when I returned to make a purchase for the diamond and ring I saw the first time I went, the diamonds I liked were sold. ADVICE: If you see a diamond you are interested in but are not ready to buy tell them to put it aside. No commitment, but it will put you at ease. I would not be disappointed. Lisa along with the manager Maria were able to find me a diamond in the same price range I was originally quoted and it was even of a bigger carrot size I initially planned on purchasing. They encouraged me to look at it under the microscope and it was beautiful. Also, I received discounts that they did not present until I decided to purchase. That was great that they never once put that in my face. Jared also has a lifetime warranty that is great. The only thing I wish they told me about was the platinum setting fee. I could not have asked for a better experience in buying an engagement ring! Thank you Lisa!

Had an amazing experience at Jared. I have never shopped here before but saw a piece of jewelry I was interested online and found where there was a location nearby. The piece I was interested wasnt in the store and would have needed to be ordered. Since I needed the gift for the following day they help me select something else. The gift I chose was beautiful and nicer that the original gift I was going to get. I purchased a Pandora charm with a leather choker necklace. For those that dont know Jared sells Pandora and what an amazing experience. Much nicer than dealing with Roosevelt Field. The presentation of the gift - with the box and wrapping was a huge hit. My friend told me this morning she doesnt want to take it out of the box because its so beautiful and wants to enjoy it for awhile. I also want to give a shout out to the manager. They insisted on cleaning my jewelry as I shopped. Thank you for all your help. I already sent a friend there and he purchased a cross that day for his wife and had the same excellent service and experience. We will be back!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from one employee. My fiancé and I purchased my wedding band in march and the salesman assured us that it would be ready for pick up in 6-8 weeks. I never received a call so I called one Sunday, about 3 months after the purchase (it happened to be Mothers day) to ask if it was available to pick up. The person who answered said that they would have called if it were ready and proceeded to say "Today is mothers day you know! We are very busy here!" After that call I have not been able to reach this Jared location by phone (my mobile phone) since. I was clearly put on a call block list and have had to use by fiancés phone to call them again. I recently got a hold of them and was told that the ring had been ready and in the store for some time. Very rude, very unfair, very disappointing!

please be careful buying from this place! I love Jared but this location has loose diamonds wayyy overpriced currently in their store they have a G.I.A 1.00CT Princess Cut VS2F diamond for $7500 that is joke go on jared website click start with a diamond you can get it right from jared website for $5,360 lol what a joke and then to top it off the sales rep does not mention that the GSI report is not as accurate as GIA report grading very misleading. Thank God I only went there for a cleaning

Had a very unpleasant visit! Sales Representative Elliot should reconsider his job in customer service. Working closely in customer service patience is key! Elliot had no patience and is completely arrogant. I wanted to buy more than the two items , unfortunately with his idiotic personality I forced myself out. If this is a representation of all sales representatives, I would highly recommend reconsidering this location or any other Jareds anywhere.

Be aware POC these individuals are racist!!!! They treat you as if youre bothersome and refused to deal with any issues you may have. My mother ordered rings from another store and had it shipped to this location. They were no help. Had us going back and forth for them and still no rings. We want to return and if they wont allow us we will contact BBB.
