My Fiancé and I first started going to SVS in October 2014, when we designed a custom engagement ring together (along with Donnas help). Since then, weve gotten engaged, and will be married in just a few short weeks. We of course returned to SVS to create my wedding band, and to find the perfect wedding band for my soon to be hubby. The family at SVS is always available to help, and takes great care of your every need. Donna remembers every detail, and really gets to know you in order to help you make a great decision that really fits. Gina, the stores gemologist, is extremely passionate about her work, and is always enthusiastic about making sure both you and your diamonds shine. We were lucky enough to also work with Sammi, the owner, in designing both of my rings, who helped to make sure everything was made to perfection. SVS isnt just the place to go for engagement rings- they have an amazing selection of jewelry for any occasion. Today, we stopped in to get a custom monogram necklace made (with my new initials!), find earrings for the wedding, and even to have an older necklace engraved with our wedding date. I highly recommend stopping in and getting to know everyone at SVS- you wont regret it!

Iv been coming here for a few years now but within the last few months iv spent a lot of time here. In December I lost my mother to cancer with that I inherited her jewelry. SVS has helped me get my moms jewelry back in prestige condition. My moms wedding ring diamond had fallen out of the settings other jeweler said it couldnt be fixed due to the setting was broken and not repairable. Well SVS saved the day not only did they fix it they made it sparkle again. I cried as I put it on my finger it was the most Beautiful ring Id ever seen. People thought I was crazy leaving my moms ring and not having them fix it in front of me. But when you walk into SVS they make you feel like family. They made losing my mom feel ok by fixing her jewelry and making me feel at home. I trust every single employee at this store with the most important memorys I have left of my mom. A moms jewelry is something a little girl looks at as she becomes a lady knowing one day she may wear it and remember the love that came when it was given to her. I went into this beautiful store to buy an engagement ring for my future wife. This store is GORGEOUS!!! I was so over whelemed I did not know where to start. Thats when I was greeted by Donna with a beautiful smile and she started to point me in the right direction. Donna made the whole process not about selling something but made the few hours I was there about getting to know my future wife and what she would like through how I explained her, and along the process got to know me as well. Thank you so much Donna for making one of the biggest purchases in my life so easy and fun. I have since sent co-workers, friends and most importantly family back to see Donna for not only engagement rings but earrings, watches, and even watch batteries. I could not have been more happier with how everything has turned out. I walked in as a stranger that day but I left feeling like family. Thank you guys so much for everything you do for our community and thank you even more for the best jewelry store on Long Island.

After seeing a Facebook ad for a wedding ring trunk sale my fiancé and I drove over. The saleswoman showed us those premium rings. Despite the sale I wasnt in love with any that I thought were worth the extra money above our budget. She then showed us their store, non-name brand, collection which were also on sale. My fiancé found a great ring and I did too- totally unique. $1600 total for both. Our rings came in shortly (a few weeks). Although mine fit fine, my fiances ring was too small (not their fault, we just went when it was cold and didnt realize how much his finger would swell in the summer). They were patient and resized it in store for us, twice! They said we could even go back again free of charge if it was still too small. Great service and they even gave us newly engaged mugs and free cookies! Definitely a beautiful store filled with ready to help employees.

This family owned business goes above and beyond with their customers each and every time. SVS makes sure the customers are always happy with their purchase and strive to find either exactly what youre looking for or try to come up with a design concept that would make you happy. The staff is always friendly and happily greeting you as you walk through the doors. The price of the jewelry ranges according to what youre looking for, but there are always offers and promotions that can help get you within your price range. My best advice, go check out the location. You wont regret it. Reviews are great, but visiting the location and meeting everyone in person would show you exactly why Im giving this five star review! Youll be pleased with the variety of items offered and if you have a concept in mind, the staff will do their best to find/design what youre looking for.

I was looking for a new Pandora charm today. Ilicia was my salesperson. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to Pandora Jewelry. There is such a large selection of charms I really couldnt decide on what I wanted. Ilicia very patiently and most pleasantly took my bracelet and looked carefully at the charms I already had. She systematically removed all my charms and rearranged them. After looking at it she showed me charms that would compliment my bracelet. At this point she had all my trust and I asked her to please pick one out for me. I must say shes a gem!!! I love my Opalescent Pink Chrystal charm!!!! I was so excited because she actually polished my old charms so it looks awesome. Thank You Ilicia for your patience and kindness.

I came to SVS due to all of the great comments and reviews that I have heard, and they far beyond exceeded my expectations. The entire SVS team was a pleasure and I was forunate enough to have Donna assist me with finding an engagement ring for my fiance. Donna made my entire experience as easy as it could have possibly been. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that she provided me with the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Its refreshing and a great feeling when you meet someone that is geniuley there to help you and cares. Donna you are absolutely amazing and my fiance and I couldnt be happier with her beautiful ring. My now husband bought my engagement ring at SVS. Since then, and jewelry we buy is from SVS! Both of our wedding bands are wonderful. They have a huge selection of jewelry for woman and men. Any time we have to buy someone a special gift, we shop here. My godson just had his Christening and I purchased cuff links for him as well. Any time we need anything, we can easily find it. They have a beautiful store and showroom, and there is always someone who is able to work with you and show you exactly what you need. I highly recommend shopping here for anything from a watch repair, to Pandora charms to even big purchases like your wedding bands. We have shopped here for all levels of jewelry and we are always happy with our purchase.
