So after being disappointed to find your Avon location closed, I went to your Simsbury location. GUESS WHAT??? also closed... at 5pm... no sign with business hours... Just a sign that says "reopened for the 2017 season on march 22 at 3pm". Apparently not. Are we supposed to guess when youre open???

The ice cream is delicious. So many flavors to choose from. Unfortunately there is very poor lighting outside for enjoying your dessert in the evening hours. Could be a pretty super outside hangout with a little investment from management.

Excellent ice cream, gelato and sorbet. Classic flavors for those of us who keep it real and new fun flavors like cookie monster for adventurous consumers. Every flavor Ive tried, including my daughters cotton candy, has been delicious!

Sunday evening. Competitors were closed. This place was busy. Very understaffed and slow. Half hour wait. Two young girls. Mistakes making change. Medium serving was smaller than the small serving. Will not return.

A great experience, whenever I go! Tasty flavors, friendly and pleasant service, and a clean atmosphere, indoors and out! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for something to do on a hot summer day! A+!

I come here every summer to grab a cone! love the place however some fro-yo places I think are making it out of business. Please keep trying I know that everyone loves this place and its ice-cream!

I like that it is a local shop in a cute town. They make special flavors like key lime pie in the summer. I come back at least once a year when I go bike riding on the nearby trails.

Might have been good but i got there at 9:10 on 4/23/17 and wasnt allowed in because whoever was working decided to close early. Disappointing

Good, not great ice cream. Very good flavor selections. There are better choices in the area. Convenient location to center of Simsbury.
