So frustrated. My family and I just drove 35 minutes to the store to find it closed. We even called 3 times before heading out and it stated that they couldnt answer because they were with customers. The hours they stated and on facebook indicated that they would be open. Very disappointed.

Could not pay for ice cream with my debit card and was told, "[I] would rather lose a customer than accept your debit card. You can goto the ice cream store next door." This is not appropriate for any business and Im sure this employees manager would not condone this customer service.

Went there last night, great icecream and so many choices. The staff is great and even though there are so many people the staff is able to help everyone quickly and efficiently. Overhall, the best icecream I ever had.
