He advertise display $5.15 for a small ice cream in a small cup. upon payment he charges you an extra $.50 for the cup came out to like 5.79 and tax. This man does not tell people that. Untill till its time to pay. I always loved Carvel ice cream but I never ever heard of this nonsense in my life.
