PANDORA FAKE! Right before Christmas I bought three Pandora charms for $70 each, after I looked online to see if I can find them cheaper. After I receive the ones I bought online through an old Pandora dealer I decided to compare them all. Being worried I might get them confused I never took the ones I received from Michaels out of the box, I was able to see the side holograms of all of them perfect. I noticed on one of the charms I got from Michaels had an extra hologram on it. I automatically assumed the ones I got Online were not authentic. So I decided to go to three different places I told Pandora all of which said that they had never seen the extra hologram on the Pandora that Michaels sold me but the ones I did receive Online were indeed authentic. When I went to Michaels and asked him about what the extra hologram meant and showed them the one I purchased online the woman said shes never seen anything like that on pandora. So I decided to return it now worrying it wasnt authentic and they denied my return and accused me of switching them. Meanwhile they never even came out of the box. When I asked for a manager they told me she had stepped out and took my information so she could get back to me her name is Erin. Never heard anything so I emailed her because they couldnt provide me with a contact number of any sort and had also emailed the company in which have both not gotten back to me. I was scammed and at 70 bucks a charm they should be investigated!

I WENT TO MICHAELS JEWELRY AND DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WENT TO MICHAELS TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE, I GUESS THEY MUST HAVE KNOWN THAT BECAUSE I WAS HOLDING ONE OF THEIR BAGS. SO AS I STOOD THERE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES AT THEIR DESK...NO ONE HAD ACKNOWLEDGED ME. THEY ALL LOOKED AT ME AND WENT TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER THAT WAS MAKING A "PURCHASE"...NEVER MIND ME...I WAS JUST THERE TRYING TO MAKE AN "EXCHAGE" FOR A GIFT THAT I HAD PURCHASED MY MOTHER FOR MOTHERS DAY. I THEN ASKED IF SOMEONE CAN PLEASE HELP ME??? THE MANAGER...ASKED ME WHAT IT WAS THAT I NEEDED...I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS THERE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. HE TOLD ME THAT ALL OF THEIR COMPUTERS WERE DOWN. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT I CAN LEAVE THE MERCHANDISE THERE AND HE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL. I HONESTLY DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEIR COMPUTERS WERE DOWN...WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE AT MICHAELS, THEY HAVE TO TYPE IN ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION INTO THE SYSTEM TO THEN PRINT YOU A RECEIPT...HA HA HA!!! AND HOW ARE THEY SUPPOSE TO SELL ANYTHING WITH ALL THOSE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY HAD IN THE STORE ...INVENTORY!!!! HELLO! I BOUGHT MERCHANDISE FROM MICHAELS BEFORE. I KNOW HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. I MADE QUITE A FEW PURCHASES AT MICHAELS AND HAD MORE THAN I BAD EXPERIENCE. I FOUND THIS OTHER WONDERFUL STORE THAT THE PEOPLE THERE ARE WONDERFUL. THEIR NAME IS LIBROS JEWELERS GO CHECK THEM OUT. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. IF YOU LIKE DIFFERENT THEY HAVE DIFFERENT! VERY UNIQUE AND THEY ALSO SELL PANDORA AND SO MUCH MORE. REMEBER LIBROS JEWELERS. :)

These guys are pros. When I walked through the door, they asked if my wife and I wanted something to drink. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of their merchandise, and I found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, and upfront. They have a great selection (though maybe they could do to have a few more simple watch designs), and I didnt feel like they were pressuring me to buy anything-- on the contrary, I think they have the old school mentality of "building a relationship" with their customers. This makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Drop by and youll see what I mean!

I had a few pieces of family jewelry appraised. Appraisals were very detailed and were completed a week before the expected date. I am very pleased with Michaelss appraisal service. Also, they offered a discount on multiple appraisals, which was a pleasant surprise.

Everyone in the store was extremely attentive and helpful. I was just going in to get my watch battery replaced but were very friendly, would definitely go again for any future jewelry needs!
