Standing in here right now. I would love to buy a watch for my wife, but the two associates here are helping two rednecks pick out "jerrlry." One of the associates keeps apathetically announcing "sorry for the wait" without making eye contact with a single person in the store. Our plan has now become for my wife to try the watch on she wants and purchase it at Zales.
