I recently switched from Dunkin Donuts to Starbucks after receiving too many poorly made drinks (or the wrong drink entirely). This Starbucks is amazing. The Baristas are always really friendly, and they always make my drinks correctly. I would rather drive farther away and pay a few dollars more at Starbucks than ever go to a Dunkin Donuts again. Its nice to see friendly faces before I have to go to class AND get delicious drinks. Someday Im going to take advantage of the great atmosphere, grab a table, and study for a while. Highly recommended.

Why isnt starbucks selling Fried Chicken? Im Tyrone and all I see is A Mcdonald menu and Starbucks need to learn how to talk. This girl was on her Phone gossiping bout my homie Dawg Kobe and he was crying. I told the lady to shut the hell up and she got her Boyfriend and I was so scared. Theyre was a girl named Vita she said This isnt KFC go to Popeyes." Then this girl Shelby Pinckeney she was saying "WHY U OVA HERE THIS ISNT YO KFC WHY CANT U CALL BURGER KING I SWEAR TO GOD EVERYTIME!!!!!!" So Manager please fire them.

Only my 2nd time going to starbucks ever in life and the girl in the drive thru at this particular starbucks in Manchester, CT. On Spencer st made me feel very unwelcomed because i asked for sugar.. i am not a Starbuckser so i do t know the lingo or offerings and thanks to rude unwelcoming behavior i will not be.... she slammed the window on me after giving me my coffee and when i requested more sugar she sid it again... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNINVITING PLACE TO VISIT! 8/25/17 11:20am

Drive through - every time I go through the drive through they sound like theyre miserable. Thats fine but when I ask for light ice and instead get a lot of ice, I cant help feel its out of spite. Also, why put whipped cream on top but put a flat lid on? Again it makes me feel short changed. The drink almost costs six dollars, Im not rude to the batista, and Im not asking for much.

Never had a complaint about Starbucks in generaln but the staff here sets a new standard in service. My drinks are always crafted on point and expedited quickly. Many of the baristas also remember my name and my drink before i order, and on more than one occasion they have seen me pull in and had it ready ahead of time without me using their app. Kudos.

I visit a lot of Starbucks while traveling and this is my favorite. The people are the best and coffee is very consistent. It is virtually guaranteed that I will go in and have a nice interaction and leave with my moneys worth. That is simply impossible to say for any Dunkin Donuts and most of the other Starbucks in New England.

Car blocked drive-thru with a hand written sign explaining that the drive thru was closed. First three items I ordered they were out of (9am). Parking could handle like 9 cars. Line in store was awkward. Good service and coffee though.

I have been to every Starbucks in the Hartford area, and this is the best. I drive 10 miles out of my way every morning to have my drink made properly. Im so happy with them that Im on Google writing a review, as if they need it.

The coffee is always good and hot. This location has a Drive-thru. Not crowded. Tight parking in the front. Note: The Drive-thru is in the back, so pass the front entrance that will be on your right.
