I have had the worst experience with AT&T. It started when my boyfriende switched from Sprint and did the Switch Offer with AT&T. First of all, the representative we dealt with withheld information from us about the switch offer. He didnt share all the important details such as having to send anything in to get the offer process started. He basically told us that all we had to do was trade in the phone and AT&T would pay the Sprint bill for us, leaving us with nothing to pay. We thought this was a steal of a deal. We went out of our way to buy accessories to help him out because we thought we were getting such a great deal. However, we were wrong. The representative refused to tell us that we had to send in the bill to get our rebate offer. When my boyfriend recieved the bill from nSprint about a month and a half later, I called AT&T to see what was going on. The customer service I received was rude and told me that it would take 12 weeks for our rebate offer to process, not including another 2 weeks for it to come in the mail. At this point, I was livid. I sent everything in and was told we were all set. After a month goes by I receive a letter from AT&T saying that they never recieved the bill from Sprint (even though I emailed it to them) and my process wasnt going to be submitted until they recieve it. I had called customer service AGAIN and was told that they received the bill and they were sorry about the letter and to disregard it. I was also told that I would receive the rebate in a week. I gave them 2 weeks and when I never got anything in the mail I called again. I was told the same thing and at this point I was even more mad because I knew I was getting lied to. I gave the benefit of the doubt and still have not received anything. So I called for a third time now and was told that they were going to process it and send it out right away. Then I got told that the rebate was going to be for $190 less than the bill because they already credited my account for the phone trade-in....I tried explaining that the trade-in and the bill were seperate and the $351 was to end the contract and they gave me a $190 trade-in value for my old phone. I got nothing but attitude from the man I spoke with and was told I was wrong, there was nothing they could do about it and thats the way it was. I am BEYOND unhappy with AT&T and you can gaurantee that I am switching out of AT&T contract to Verizon ASAP. I recommend that everyone stays away from AT&T because they are a rude and incompetent company including most of the people I have dealt with during the short time ive had them.

I read most of these rude comments and cant help but laugh. My experiance at the AT&T store was great. I switched over from Sprint because their service is terrible. The rep was very kind and helped me switch. I cant help but think that the reason my experiance was a pleasent one was because i knew what i was doing as far as having my iphone backed up and knowing about activation fees (that have been around for years.) While I was there many of the other customers in the store were very irritable and several times I had to pause my conversation with my rep due to childish outbursts. I personally feel bad for these guys. The outburst involved someone not knowing their icloud password and getting mad at the rep. As if the rep was supposed to know what the customers PERSONAL information was supposed to be. Im not going to go to an establishment where i need help and simply be rude and expect someone who sells ATT services to do everything for me when iphones and androids have been around for 10 years. Maybe people should know a little more about the phones they are buying and realize that ATT sells SERVICE. They dont manufacture the devices you purchase nor are they apple geniuses. P.S. im almost positive all insurance you pay for has a deductible. Buy a cheaper phone if a $225 deductible is too much for you to handle.

I had a terrible experience at this store. My wife and I both went in to get new phones. My wifes phone they had in stock, but mine had to be ordered. While in the store, the salesperson did something to our account rendering my phone inoperable. She then chirped, "thats ok, Ill just change your SIM card and youll be fine" The next morning, I realized that all of my voicemails are inaccessible. I called both the store and AT&T and they told me they are gone and there was nothing they could do. In addition, I would have no ability to get voicemails until the new phone arrived - a week later! Despite my calm demeanor, the manager I spoke to at the store was barely apologetic!

Went in for an upgrade and was told our monthly bill would drop roughly 30-40$. After receiving our bill it was almost double our usual one. Called customer service and was told that there were 1x charges (understandably) but that our monthly bill will actually be 20$ more a month. My husband called the store to talk to the gentleman who dealt with us and we were told he no longer works at that location. They basically give you lips service to reel you in make you sign forms so your responsible and rip you off!!

Today we visited at&t to return some items. We arrived and the worker who helped us said we couldnt return screen savers that we just bought 7 days ago. We bought two each for around 40 dollars. The worker said that everyone who works there has to tell all customers about this. The person who we worked with before never told us about this. The man we worked with today went to ask a manager what we could do and the manager and all the other workers were just joking around and ignoring us. Worst service ever.

I recently visited the Enfield, CT AT&T store and very pleased. The Sales Consultant Tommy assisted me with switching over from Verizon to AT&T. I really enjoyed working with Tommy, he answered all my questions and concerns. It was an overall wonderful experience. I like how they printed out the monthly bill amount while in the process of signing up. The store had a nice ambiance to it and clean. I would highly recommend going to this store for upgrading, adding new lines, and troubleshooting. Thank you!

Awful experience. Sales rep lied repeatedly. Gentleman that identified himself as the store manager is not the actual manager according to AT&T corporate. Im not sure if this guy lied also or is just incompetent. They failed to log the return of a device or update my billing information causing hundreds of dollars in errors. Will be going back to the store a third time to try and resolve their lies and mistakes. Would give zero stars if possible.

I recently switched back to ATT after being peer pressured into switching to sprint, I was a long time memeber of att previously and I am so glad I made the switch back! Brianna and her trainee (Simon, I think) made the transition super easy and quick! They were so much help and so efficient, Thank you!
