The swing star here is the friendly and cheerful staff. Cashiers are almost always having fun, and you are not left out. They work hard and fast. Management is really friendly and work on the floor while also doing their management duties. Certain products can run out for some time, but they will let you know when it is stocked again. Store needs a remodel. Newer shelves, floor tiles, etc. Its not bad, but noticeable. One thing I love, is finding rare, and quality food products. They are not "rare" things you wont like. They are items that are delicious. I dont trust some generic cheap electronics, but that wouldnt affect my review. Bedding and appliances are pretty good brands and quality. I like this store for many reasons.

I I recently went here for the first time not too long ago and I do have to admit I love it they have a little bit of everything there for good prices you wont find everything in the world there but a good selection of a little this and a little bit of that from food to furniture even some electronic stuff it is a pretty nice place to go just to see what they have Im sure youll find something that you like if you have not been here like I hadnt been until recently thats only check it out I did not know what I was missing out on.

The best prices on almost anything! The store carries products that range from home cleaning, personal care, food, to furniture! I would discribe it as somewhere between an upgraded dollar store and Wal-Mart. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store to anyone who wants items of good quality w/ fair prices.

Worst big lots I believe the person attempting to assist me name was Kay and towards the end of my transaction was when she notified me that they dont have cash back. Not to mention the long line to check out when there were several associates on the floor. Thumbs down

The staff is always super nice. I feel bad that they always have to tell customers about the store card and the survey on the bottom of the receipt. Id probably start saying that stuff in my sleep if I had to say it all day. Id go nuts. :(

Miss Vee tonight was best cashier we have had. And that is saying alot since the staff here is always very nice and friendly to start with. They take a normal big lots and make it a great big lots.

Great discount shopping. A step up in quality from the dollar stores but still they have great prices. The stock is somewhat hit or miss.
