I found this printing company online. Our company recently moved to a new location and I needed to replace all of our letterhead, envelopes, and business cards for the company. We have 30 people in the office and our company consists of three entities so this was not going to be an easy task. I gathered up the information and Brenda was a joy to work with and helped me every step along the way. She came to the office and explained the printing process, different types of papers and different types of printing that can be done in order to get the look that I was looking for in my items. She made the process go along a lot more smoothly and quickly than what I was expecting. We received our items the other day and they are flawless! I will definitely use this company again in the future for my printing needs.

On behalf of a friend who received less-than-satisfactory service from another print shop, I visited Impact Printing to learn about their processes and determine whether his frustration was warranted. Brenda was incredibly helpful: generous with her time, patient with my questions and thorough in her explanations. The outstanding level of customer service she provided--in spite of the fact that I was not there as an actual customer--impressed me to no end. (Moreover, I believe this to be a true reflection of the actual work Impact Printing produces.) Subsequently, I left educated, my friends criticisms about the other print shop were validated and, most importantly, absolutely positive that Impact Printing deserves EVERYONES business.

For years I tried finding a good printer I could count on, not only to produce top quality business collateral, but also to fully understand my marketing needs and give me effective, economical options. After another bad experience with an online discount printer a few years ago, I found North Metro Impact Printing and have not worried about getting poor quality materials or wasting my companys money again.

Company lost the order then called claiming that they could not open they images. I sent them in both PDF and Jpeg formats, yet they claimed it could not be printed. We canceled our order and went to another shop who had no problem opening the files or doing the order. Working with this company wasted 3 days. The only good thing was that they were willing to refund our money.
