Careless with packaging, no response when Manager contacted. I visited the store in order to mail a laptop. First off, I was told that the computer could not be sent in its box with insurance, and of course they had a box that was acceptable for the price of $19.00. I had no choice but to purchase the additional box and provided the instructions on packaging as they said that they would take care of the packaging. I requested that a copy of receipt be included (for reimbursement). The employee seemed unconcerned so I had to reiterate the request as I left. Several days later I was not surprised to find out that there was no receipt in the box. For the price of $70+ you would think that simple packaging instructions could be followed. I found the employees I dealt with to be unhelpful and distracted, certainly not concerned with customer service. I will not return to the UPS store.

I liked the store but this rating is due to the following circumstances: I arrived to send a package at 9:00 a.m.. There was no parking in the two spaces designated for UPS so I parked in a spot reserved for a closed restaurant. Several weeks later, I received a bill for $75 for illegal parking. Even after I was able to prove by my credit card receipt that I had been in UPS, written and talked to the UPS store manager ("Sorry, thats the management company") and written to the management company, no one was able to fix the ticket. I now go to the UPS store in Cherry Creek where there is plenty of free, undesignated parking. I also will not go to any other store in that center.

I take all of my shipping business here. Fast, friendly staff, always fun to pop in there to ship something. I took a big package in recently to have it shipped, and they suspected the packing box I used was larger than it needed to be. When I confirmed that was the case, they cut the box open while I watched, and reduced the height of the box to save me money, and secured it all again, saving me money and not charging me anything to change the size of the box! Try getting that kind of service with the US Postal Service. I highly recommend you ship your packages with them.

Excellent International Service. The packing job performed by the people here was first rate. We bought a fragile sculpture at auction and had this store ship it to us in London - it arrived swiftly, cheaply and undamaged. The owner kept us up to date with progress. We use numerous shipping services ranging from the postal service through to international fine art shippers, and our recent experience with this UPS store places it amongst the best to date.

Great Store! Ive been going to this UPS for 2 years now. The staff has stayed almost exactly the same since Ive been there and they are always friendly, and they remember me/my name every time Im there. I have only had one issue with a package, however they immediately took responsibility and corrected everything -- in fact they reimbursed me for the complication! Have never had an issue since. One thing is for sure: No other UPS store can beat it!

In fact, when another UPS Store overcharged me for packaging, the staff at 700 Colorado alerted me and I was able to get a refund for the overcharge. Great store. I get my mail there. They are good about putting smaller packages in my box. Nice to always have someone around to sign for packages and not have to be there. 24x7x365 access for box items. Great store hours for items that will not fit in my box including weekends. Very nice staff. Owner is great, Most staff know my name and greet me when not busy with other customers. A+

I shipped a couple packages from this store and unfortunately one of them was lost in the mail, but the staff helped me file a claim and the manager Chris issued me a refund to replace the items that were lost on the spot. They were friendly and easy to work with and sincerely cared about my packages getting where they needed. Ill ship with this store again!

Excellent service. I had a box there for almost 2 years, but recently moved away. Once you get to know the employees, its a family atmosphere. They provide full service for UPS, USPS (a lot of other stores dont) and other carriers. Always staffed and responsive. Equipment for copying etc also top notch. Highly recommend!!

Best in the area! These guys are super helpful, nice, knowledgeable and just all around better. I would recommend going to these guys over the Broadway and Alameda location. Andy, was incredibly helpful, and even reinforced all of my boxes without charging me extra(the other location wanted to charge me for the tape).

Rude and condescending staff, could not give me a rough delivery time for my packages. And this was the attitude of one of the managers not the staff. Last time I shipped through this store my packages arrived late.

Claims they can print anything. False. All I needed to do was print my resume off my email and their computer couldnt open a pdf file. Then tried to charge me for use when it couldnt print. Biggest waste of time.
