If you want BAD service and a very rude and unfriendly staff then this is the place you want. This is the worst PostNet out of them all! The staff does not know how to run their machines, you have to tell them how to do it and still pay for their so called services. Every time I went in the kids that work there are always sitting around and working on their homework or something that does not deal with business. I have never had a job where they were okay with anyone sitting around not doing their job! The printing service is HORRIBLE!!!!! They have no clue how to run anything in their business. I have had them print documents from me and had to tell them how to work the computer and printer. On one of my trips to have them print documents they have printed many times before the Manager of the PostNet messed up on the printing, so she had to print it all over. Then she charged me for HER mistake. When I questioned her about it, she told me to go somewhere else. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I told her that I would just pay for it so I wouldnt lose them as a business I would like to use, since the cost is better there. I didn’t want to ruin the relationship since I do a lot of printing. SHE said no and refunded the printing she missed up on and then slammed the receipt down in front of me. Needless to say I was NOT okay with the way she acted. My mistake I went back one last time to have them print documents again for me and as soon as I walked in the door; she said that she thought I was never coming back (very RUDE) So, I told her this will be the last time and she said good and walked away. I have never been treated SOOOOOOOOOO BAD by a business before. My advice to anyone thinking about using them....DONT!!!! Unless you like bad service and being treated like you dont matter. TRUST ME…..GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!! They dont even deserve one star!

I really like this place, I come in a few times a month to mail random packages and letters. The owner is always friendly, and smiling, she is very kind and soft-spoken. Sometimes her kids are there working, and they are always on-top of the business stuff, and they are really nice too! Ive never had any sort of issue with this location, always fast, free of long lines, and they offer good service. I would recommend it to a friend.

This is hands-down my favourite place to ship packages! The customer service is superlative and I know what I am getting whenever I send anything from here. I have been shipping all my domestic packages from this Post Net location for years and have never had anything other than fabulous experiences. I only wish they could send international packages! Kudos to Ann and her family for this outstanding business!

I go in approximately 3 times per month to drop off packages. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. One time I had an issue where I needed a tracking number from something I shipped 4 months ago. Ann spent 20 minutes looking into it for me and I walked out with a tracking number. Fantastic customer service! I am very impressed!

Ive been in to PostNet at least two dozen times, for a variety of mailing and printing services. Theyve always been extremely helpful and courteous, even though my packages are rarely taped up quite right or properly stuffed and need extra attention.
