If I could give PDQ 6 - oh heck, make it 11- stars, I would. Echoing other reviewers comments, you will not find better humans, more devoted to quality than Dennis, Brad, and team at PDQ. Our organization has partnered with PDQ for a significant and steadily increasing amount of print jobs in the last two years. Every experience is genuine, professional, easy...and every print job has been perfect. But today, PDQs service took the cake. 85 people were showing up for a materials-intensive 3-day training, and at the last minute, we realized that a communication glitch on our end meant we had no copies. PDQ pulled an all-nighter and delivered everything to us by 8:15 the next morning - through a snow storm! I am deeply moved that a business would exhibit that much devotion to our organizations mission. Wow. Thank you, PDQ.

We had a situation in which our trunk of materials for an event got stuck in Kentucky and would not arrive in time for our event. Luckily, we had breakfast next to PDQ Printing! It was kismet. The staff there was able to walk us through what we needed printed, which included name badges that had to be cut to fit the name badge holders, and they had it done for us within 3 hours. And it was very inexpensive. They were reassuring, responded to our emails with the files to let us know they received and were working on them, and then had the print job done when they said they would. I wish they were in Chicago area so we could work with them more!

This place is fabulous!!!! I needed 20 prints of my pencil drawings done ASAP. And you know what they say, "Your lack of planning does not an emergency for me make." Well, Not at this place - they let me come in right away and printed me a sample. It looked fabulous! Then they had my prints, even the over sized ones done within 6 hours. Amazing. They even printed on my own custom paper! They dazzled me with their customer service and expertise. THANK YOU!

Best print shop weve ever worked with, and we have at least one job per month, and have worked with several others in the past. Their prices are very affordable. Theyre very clear about deadlines which are typically 2 business days prior on larger jobs. They go the extra mile to ensure the highest quality. They let us know when something like individual lamination might be cheaper from another source. Total professionals!

The design time was very fast, they listened to exactly what our ideas were, came up with the pieces and printed them very quickly. We got them installed in 30 minutes at the office today.
