I use a lot of FedEx services. I use FedEx for rather important and time sensitive issues. Most of the time I swear by FedEx. Unfortunately, over the last year this branch store has unapologetically deleted my wedding photos from a hard drive instead of printing them, sent an incredibly large check to the wrong address and blamed me for the error (I gave an elderly gentlemen the actual business card of the address), and Ive watched this store berates customers who are not white males. Honestly, this is the worst FedEx Ive ever seen, and Ive seen and worked with hundreds of FedEx stores nationwide. Unfortunately this is the closest FedEx to my house by 30 minutes without traffic. I hate coming here and only do out of absolute necessity.

Keith that works here was extremely helpful (and forgiving) and also very nice. I had a small-ish print job that Id done here at the self service printers late one night, and my wife had made a last second change to the file before printing. It wasnt until after printing out the copies that I noticed there was a major problem (our fault, not theirs). Keith said not to worry about it, and when I got him the corrected file, he reprinted it and didnt charge me for it. I was very impressed, and will obviously be coming back anytime theres a print job I cant do at home. Thanks Keith!

Fed Ex is refusing to pay a claim for a lost item that was insured. I asked Fed Ex in Lone Tree to pack and ship 7 items for me. Only six items were actually packed. The other item was misplaced and eventually lost. When I spoke to the Fed Ex manager he recognized the item, but could not locate it. I went through the online claims process and received a letter that Fed Ex would not reimburse me due to lack of documentation. Always photograph your contents before shipping!

Wonderful experience. I had an awkwardly large flag to send, and I couldnt find a good container for it. It is the end of December, so they were quite busy. Angelo saw me standing in line, and it took it upon himself to help me figure it out. He was very patient with me, and he got it all taken care of. Such a relief. Angelo and Andrew were a delight to work with, and I will be back for all of my shipping needs. Great store!!

I walked in after work and and it was pretty busy but an employee made contact with me right away and asked how he could help. I was there to pick up a large package (a bicycle) that needed to be signed for (since I wasnt able to be home to sign for it), so knowing that it was going to be difficult to carry, I didnt even have to finish my sentence, he said, "of course," and carried it out and helped put it into my car.

Drew is awesome. I came in needing a photo to go next to my wedding cake he was able to help me quickly and had printed a better picture than what I had gotten from another place, cheaper too. I came back from Vegas he printed out a whole book for me of our vacation. I plan to bring two more vacations to him and whatever else comes. Drew you did an awesome job thank you.

I have used Fedex kinkos a lot in the past in many other locations and have never had an issue. The Lone Tree branch has the most incompetent and rude staff. I wanted a simple job done and not only did they ruin it, they wouldnt redo it without charging me to do it all over again. Fedex kinkos has permanently lost me as a customer.

The key to success for this branch is the ladies who work here who Ive always gotten fast and friendly service from. The fellas on the other hand will take a simple task and turn it into a Rubiks cube. Make those nice ladies management, if you havent had the good sense to do so already, and hire more.

Thanks for being there when I needed it. It was convenient location near my hotel during my visit in October. Plenty of parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend my colleagues in Denver to use this location for copying.
