Top Dollar is, hands down, THE best pawn shop in pueblo! The staff is friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure customers leave with the best deal possible. The merchandise selection is enormous; i would say they have everything but the kitchen sink but Im sure theres probably a couple of those in the back as well; ) price-wise, they have lower prices than just about any other store Ive been to outside of Colorado as well. Everything Ive bought there is clean, working, and exactly as it should be- they dont waste my time with shelf after shelf of broken, useless crap like many other places. As far as loans are concerned, everyone Ive met holds them in high opinion for both amount and willingness to work with you on picking up. whether vyoure a pueblo native, a recent resident, or just visiting i highly suggest checking then out at LEAST one time... you wont regret it,; and i say that with full confidence that wont be your only visit...

I first walked in there asking them if they were buying laptops. They told me they were accepting laptops and asked how much I wanted. When ringing me up, I was talking with my husband about how happy I was to finally be selling the laptop. The lady working gave me a confused look and asked "Wait, you were SELLING the laptop? I thought you were just pawning it. Were actually not taking any laptops right now." I am very disappointed in this company because they assumed I wanted the loan instead of asking me if I wanted to sell or pawn. It wasted a lot of my time just to find out they werent doing what I asked.

My family needed an extra $100 for food and gas until they received their disability. I dont remember another time that I was just given the money I needed and asked for, without low-balling or negotiations with the pawnbroker. The pawnbroker asked me how much I needed and then gave it to me. So I have nothing but good stuff to say about Top Dollar Pawn. Thanks for the help guys! Keep it up!

The manager is the rudest person I have ever met, and they are rip-offs! I will Never go in there again! I guess she forgot me telling her I was getting a large amount of cash soon, and I repeatedly asked about hand guns (Im looking for a 9 mm) and my daughter wanted an Ipod! lol Her dumb loss!

Natalie was great! She helped me find just what I needed and gave me a bundle deal even though it was my first time there. My only suggestion is to get a bigger place so you can spread your items out. Great stuff hiding under more great stuff!

called to ask on a price on one of their items, was told i have to drive there, talk to the manager and deal with them, the guy on phone wouldnt even check for me ore even ask, because of that im not going there again

Had walked in the store ask for a deal tag on item was told it wasnt on sale because it was to hold tools in if that is the. Case take the. Dam tag off of it that is false avertisement. Thank you
