Gave it one Star because Google doesnt let you choose NO stars. This place has the rudest, nastiest employees. First time back in over 2 years after a previous horrible experience. 2 years ago I witnessed the manager be a complete jerk to a nice old man. I was so disgusted I called the corporate office to let the district manager know. Of course the district manager just made excuses for his manager. There are many pawn shops in Pueblo, Id stay as far away from this one as possible.

This is a great place to call, ask a question, and then wait 10 minutes until you realize they forgot about you being on hold. Then you can call back and the next person answers that same question in 5 seconds and doesnt put you on hold. No consistency in customer service, but the few good employees are great and knowledgeable and the items they carry are good too. 3 stars cause there is always one lazy or ignorant worker that hates their job or just cant do it.

This place is a joke. From the employees telling you the prices are set to the managers that wont you look at a as is item before purchase to the yelling & slamming the back swinging doors return procedure from the management. Do yourself a favor & go to 29th st location. Much better staff, great prices & above all else no tuff guy attitude from the managers.

Worst place ever never got a phone call saying my payment was due. I drive down there to make a payment and they tell me I lost my layaway. and that they tried calling me b.s I have not one missed call from there short Mexican lady really rued dont no what shes doing there.

Ive never had a problem with this place. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. Anthony is awesome, he always gives me great deals on everything that Ive ever bought or sold there. He always gives me prices that are fair. Thats the only place that Ill go to.

Horrible nasty people. Rude, inconsiderate crooks! Would recommend starving to death before pawning with them. Rember if you buy from here. They likely screwed someone else over for what you bought. Help put them out of business. Shop elsewhere!
