I took out a loan at EZ Pawn for a Gold Ring which has been passed down in the family. Due to a series of family emergencies, the ring was all we had. My wife has been in the hospital for several weeks. I called EZ Pawn last week to ask if they could hold the ring for me for another week. They stated that due to my circumstances they would be able to hold the ring for another week. This week I called in to find out from the assistant manager that the ring was sold before the agreed upon date. I spoke to this store on three separate occasions and they stated they had the ring. They chose to sell it, not allowing me the opportunity to pay the loan back to pickup the ring. It cannot be replaced. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND DOING BUSINESS HERE, EVER!!!!!!!!!! The "Assistant Manager" stated that there was nothing that he could do, and I would have to wait another day to speak to a manager. He didnt even offer any solutions to fix the problem besides giving me random phone numbers to call to make a complaint. Its a great feeling being in the hospital for a family emergency, to find out that someone HAD my items in their hand on 10-12, agreed to hold them for me, and sold them out. A crooked and dishonest way to make a few dollars. If store management chooses to resolve this issue, I would be open to removing this review, and ceasing a current filing in small claims court.

I went in there recently to look around and to possibly trade my iPhone 5c for a newer phone. This store has a definite feel that the staff is only here for a job. Not once was I greeted. I overheard the manager trash talking another shop. Isnt defamation illegal? (Maybe thats a matter for the BBB...) Anyway, they were all standing in that station of theirs until I asked for assistance over at the phones. Not only did I not get any deal on their iPhone 6, which was overpriced, but they were not willing to buy my phone. And the guy was extremely rude about it! Called my possession "garbage". I will not be returning. (I wonder if I should check with that "dump" he mentioned...) Back to B street for me.

This place is absolute garbage. All of their one star ratings are for a very good reason. You walk in and do not exist until you ask for assistance multiple times. They dont even know what half of the stuff they have works for. I had to help a customer with the electronics section because the man helping her had no clue what she was saying or needed. I feel very sorry for everyone that has ever sold anything to them before because they will straight rip you off. I showed them multiple refrences and even a certification of what my item was worth and they wanted to give me 35% and then sell it for more than it was even worth. Dont ever go to this backwoods dump. They might even screw you on your way out.

The staff at EZ-Pawn is, to say the least, horrible! They WILL treat you like fodder! If you value your valuables do not do business with these people as they will take you for the proverbial "ride". It is evident in every interaction that I have had with them... To tell me that I am "Lucky" that they would offer me any money for my item (Craftman Tool Box w/ tools) is simply childish. This chain of stores is in desperate need of a better staff!!!

Very poor customer service... I asked for help with an item in a case...the gentleman said he would get someone waited 10 mins.for the person to come over and help a lady who just walked up.really wow I was standing there for a while and how rude the store is small enough that they saw me and could care less... Lost my business for good...

If I could give it less then one star I would I went into trade my brand new toshiba for there Apple Watch that had nothing with it not even a charger and he wouldnt even trade it straight across. He ignored everything I was saying to him and just kept talking. Absolutely rude. Terrible place terrible employees

Probably the worst pawn shop I have ever seen!. Went there before they were supposed to be closed which I knew it was 6:55. According to my cellphone and the idiot inside pointed to the clock and said we are closed! Wish I could shut down my business before the time it states on the door!

I had to pawn my computer a while back and the employees that I dealt with were very sweet and very polite. I had absolutely no problems and the manager, Daniel, was very friendly. I hope to be able to give them more business in the future. I would recommend this pawn shop to anyone.

I love near this location and the majority of what they purchase are used tools and old TVs. A LOT of homeless people sell stolen goods here, and they are not interested in new electronics, or equipment in boxes.
