This was the worst experience Ive ever had the store "manager" was entirely rude, had zero customer service. And when it came to resolving my return she made a HUGE deal about me waiting 4-6 business days for it to go back into my account OVER FOUR DOLLARS no other store including a Sallys store has ever been this rude or not been able to refund a measly $4.19 when my total purchase was over $100 I have been a loyal customer here but NEVER will I ever shop at a Sallys store again! HIRE BETTER PEOPLE ESPECIALLY RECONSIDER WHO YOU HIRE AS MANAGMENT.

I went to sallys to get the stuff needed to dye my hair red. Bleach, dye etc and i got this dye called "color brilliance" and it was the worst dye ever. Not only did it not dye my hair, there wasnt nearly enough and i would hope the associates would know that. I would have saved money by getting box dye from walmart which is what i had to do. The only thing that actually worked was bleaching my hair.
