Would leave 0 stars if it were an option. The pharmacy here on Green Valley Ranch Blvd is horrible, no sense of urgency as if its not their job to fill your medications (like they are kids that have to do chores) and everyone looks as though if they didnt need the money they would just leave. Ive had the same problem with 1 of my scripts. The script states "Generic" and they fill the brand name every time. This wouldnt be that bad if it wasnt for the fact they have to order my medication due to low stock and then dont order the generic so I have to wait again for another truck, meanwhile they act as if its my fault they screwed up. When I tell them that the medication was supposed to be the generic they straight lie to my face and say "they dont make a generic of this medication" then explain to me how Ive had it filled recently..... AT THIS STORE!!! The only Pharmacists that has ever been helpful and who cares about his job and the customers who come in is the younger guy with the long beard. Also, as others have stated (good luck getting your pictures within 30 minutes of walking into an empty store) The pharmacy (except the 1 Pharmacist I mentioned and maybe 1 or 2 techs) needs to be completely re-staffed, this place is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to King Soopers or drive out of your way, it will be a better experience Im about 99.999999% sure of it

First off the pharmacist tried sending me to a distant medical centre for a consultation even though there was a brand new medical facility next door. Handed over my 2 item prescription and was told we would have to wait 2-3 hours ( time I didnt have as we were leaving the area ). When I returned they said they couldnt full fill the entire prescription and I had to look elsewhere for the second item. I was very disappointed they hadnt checked this stock when I first arrived. Very annoying !!!!! and the price was extremely high for the item that I did get. Quite poor service i felt at this store and would look somewhere else if i returned to the area on vacation.

the pharmacy is the worst ever. they never have the full amount of my daughters prescription even though she gets it monthly. the girls that work there are rude snotty and act like you have all day to just wait around. they tell you oh it will be an hour then as soon as you drive away 10 min later you get a notification it is ready. sometimes I cannot walk inside to wait. the very short lady is the rudest of them all. she is heartless, unfriendly, unpleasant, and never ever smiles at customers. ever. I hate this place and think Ill switch to target. it is a little farther but they have much more pleasant staff who are a hell of a lot nicer and smile and thank you.

I always give places a second chance. This one will not get a third from me. This is one of the laziest staffs I have ever seen at an establishment. The assistants are all very young, lazy, unmotivated and rude. You can blatantly tell they hate being there and it shows in there work. I was told I had to wait 2 hours today for a very important Rx. When asked why the long wait (since I was the only on there) the reply was "We got thirteen ahead of you and there is only two of us, it will get done when it does." The corporate office should really look into this location and the people working here. Do not use this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor.

Rude pharmacist! After reading the reviews, it seems to be an ongoing effort. I called to get information on a prescription i needed filled. I was put on hold twice over the course of a 10 minute wait. Once I got to speak with a pharmacy personnel she was rude to me. As I would begin my question she would interrupt and give me an answer that didnt pertain to what I was trying to ask. There is nothing more frustrating than a customer service person who rushes you through your questions without listening to give you meaningless answers youre not looking for.

I went to this Walgreens to try and exchange a warm steam vaporizer that stopped working. I didnt have my receipt, but I thought a simple exchange could be done like many other stores including Walgreens has done in the past. The manager actually said to me, "Im sure you can read, but you did fill it with water right?" I know how a vaporizer works. I was fine with them denying an exchange, but his comment along with the tone of his voice was very rude. Never going to this Walgreens again. They should not make customers feel stupid.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff!!! So tired of every single one of them treating me like im some sort of homeless on the street begging them for medication absolutely rude and uncomfortable after our refill on the 28th we are changing pharmacies if they cant handle the volume they should speak to their management no roll their eyes and hang up on people were just trying to get our meds not a discipline eval definately cannot handle volume

CARLA (the pharmacist) is simply burnt out. She needs to be replaced. The tone of her voice is rude and she is unhelpful, bordering on condescending. That previous review about Carla has to be fake, she is the problem as others have described. Edit: After dealing with this location in frustration, I called a nearby Walgreens and had all my problems fixed within a couple minutes on the phone. I should have read these reviews first.

They were extremely rude to us, because we didnt look "rich enough" since we had to go to their store to pick up a medihaler due to our local store didnt have any. Only to find out they didnt have any as well because they didnt even pick up their phone! I was put on hold for 30 mins then told F off on the phone line itself and hung up on. Horrible snobs. Im wiriting a report to the BB on this issue.

Horrible costumer service the lady frmlim the pharmacy yelled at me saying I had to make up my mind about a medicine?? I dont even know what she was talking about since it was a prescription there was nothing to make up my mind I needed it and that was that, I tried asking her about any other remedies I could use in the mean time and she gave me a dirty look and walk away, Im never coming here again.

Very rude cashier who purposely dropped my change and just stood there while I picked it up. The other cashier was on her break, behind the register, talking to the rude cashier and showing her pictures on her phone. Rude cashier also had to call for the manager to bring change to her drawer, but nobody came up. I waited 5 minutes before leaving without my dollar.

Lost receipt in the wind, the pharmacist refused to reprint. so I went inside with kids and sick wife in car the manager hands me a different receipt with popcorn and birthday cards. I had already said I went through the drive thru. no common sense and very hurried people. Im glad I dont have medications for my loved ones filled here.
