Worst Walgreens Pharmacy EVER! If you want to wait in line for 25-45 to pick up a prescription after you already waited 25-45 in line to drop it off this is the place for you. It does not matter what time of day you go you will be waiting. I dont understand either theres always several people back there running around and only 1 customer at the counter and 1 at the drive thru! One day I waited in the drive thru 2 cars ahead of me for almost 45 minutes I waited in drive thru because I had injury making it difficult to walk, they only had 1 of my insurances in the system even though I gave them both when I dropped off RX when I asked her to add second so I could pay correct price she got really rude with me and told me to come inside!!! Where I than waited again just this time in pain!!!! Some of them are very nice! Some of them should not have a job they are very rude to their customers My advice somewhere else! As far as the rest of the store its great just avoid the pharmacy especially if you are in a hurry

This is the worst Customer Service I have ever received at a pharmacy!! I have given them several chances and I leave angry EVERY time! They are incredibly slow and understaffed and to top it off, the small staff that they do have refuses to help out with any problems and they dont seem to even know what they are doing. I am stuck waiting for 2 days to get my issue resolved because they will not have a pharmacy manager in until then. My medication may not be of any consequence to my PHARMACY but it is extremely important to me and if they cant take it seriously, they shouldnt even be in business!! If there was lower than 1 star, I would go much lower. I will be switching pharmacies TODAY even if I have to drive a good distance to find someone who still believes in customer service. Pitiful excuse of a pharmacy!

This location forgot to order my sons medication and waited 12 days to tell me! My son needed a steroid for his nose bleeds, Ive gone in twice only to be told the system was down and they couldnt check the deliveries in, but it was probably there! Today I finally asked what was going on to delay so much and they told me it had never been ordered! Im so disgusted with not just one oversight but THREE! If they had bothered to even look when I went in inquiring, they would have seen it wasnt ordered! My son has bow unnecessarily had nose bleeds due to this pharmacy and their outright negligence!

The worst customer service!!!! Ive been in this store a few times and unfortunately after tonight Ive made the decision that I am not going back to this Walgreens. Every time Ive been in there, the employees are rude including the manager. Whitney is the most rudest cashier Ive ever had the unfortunate time to deal with. I will drive across town 10 miles to a different Walgreens before I step foot back in this one. I would give this no stars if possible. If unprofessional employees dont bother you then you wont have a problem in this store, thats for sure!!

Store manager, a portly bald guy with glasses is an unprofessional, low life. He seemed to be intoxicated when asked a question. Maybe he just didnt care. Either way this man needs to have a corporate evaluation for the safety of himself and customers. Completely unacceptable service. Very dissapointed compared to other locations. As a stock holder people like this make me nervous.

Top notch place to go! Avoid the lines at Walmart and stop here instead. The Pharmacy staff is very friendly and they have all been working there a long time so they really do know people coming thru the lines for prescriptions. We have been going here for about 9 yrs now (we tried other walgreens but this one is the best.
