I went in and asked for a specific part and the manager told me I needed to go to a mechanic. I explained what is was for and that I have fixed the exact issue before when he recommended buying the guide book. I told him that it would be great so I could show him what part I was talking about. He immediately complained that it was wrapped up. I asked him to look in the computer system and he refused, hinting that women dont know what they are talking about. I got the same part 2 months ago at a different Auto Zone for a friend. I left the book there and he got an attitude, so I just left. Try going to Big R or into town before going here. Worst experience at Auto Zone ever!

There are some employees who are extremely knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you. This few harboured me a great deal. There are several others who are totally incompetent and caused me to do a job three times, until I realized they insisted upon the wrong part, they not knowing their right from left. Terrible service

Went in for a new battery and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was there for and he offered to remove the old one and put the new battery in free of charge. The employees at this location go above and beyond, and have earned my future business.

I have to frequent this store on a regular basis and the experience is always positive regarding interaction with the employees. They are always courteous and helpful. At times they may have to order parts that are not in stock but shipment is usually very quick. All in all, a great store with great employees.

One of the few places in there area for auto parts, but on a recent visit a customer was asking for advice about an auto issue ahead of me and the Employee seemed to blow him off. Not what I expect at an Auto store
