I went into this store 3 times. 2 of the times, I couldnt get anyone to help me at all. Mind you, there was no other customers in the store. At one point, one of the guys had me standing there for 30 min, after he told me he just had to drop something off and he would be right back. Well, he never came back, and when I looked, he was talking to his buddy, about some girl. I left and got talked into comming back, as one of my friends said he had a card there and was going to buy it for me. (he owed me some money.) Well, the guys there were crazy rude to all of us, and even my friend appologized to me later, saying he didnt realize how rude these people were. I ended up asking the guy what his problem was, and he said he had a migraine. No sorry, or anything. None of the guys from the store would fill my tires up with air, (the tires were low when I bought them from this store) or check the bike to make sure everything looked good. I ended up taking a brand new bike to one of the bike store next door (bicycle village). In conclusion, they do have really nice bikes, but the service here is horrible! I am sure they dont care, but they lost 4 customers by being so rude. I will never step foot in this store ever again!

I have literally spent thousands in this store on several bikes and related equipment, in fact I am even in the picture that comes up here on Google for the store but today I spent the last 36 bucks I ever will in this store. The customer service here used to be top notch, which is why I had been such a loyal customer, but they really do not seem to care at all about their customers anymore. Everytime I go in there it is worse and worse. I physically stood at the register for five minutes while two guys behind the bike service counter stood there staring at me and I was the only customer in the store! If they are incapable of running a register then they could have easily got someone who could. If you want to go to a PB then go to a different store, this one is dirty and they would just rather stare at you than help you. There are also two other competitors within a couple miles, Id check them out.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they do have some great rates on retail products. That being said, do not take your bike here for a tune. I received the "detune special" and have been without a bike since June. I have since taken my bike to another shop and was able to get it fixed no problem. The people that work in the repair shop are super nice, but the detune ended up costing me $300 thanks to a misdiagnosed problem with derailleur. The most frustrating part is I reached out to Performance customer support and they said someone local would reach out to me. No response and I have followed up with them 4 times. Terrible customer support and I would not tae your bike here unless it is a simple issue for them to fix. I take the 2 stars back, going to 1.

Bought a bike for my son (not here) and it was missing a part that had to be special ordered. Dropped the bike at Performance so they could order/assemble it; went to pick it up two weeks later to find out it hadnt been touched. The owner offered no excuses for it and said it was their error, but when I picked up the assembled bike the next day no one offered anything to make up for the poor service. Parts and labor werent expensive so I didnt make a big deal of it, but I wouldve expected after completely neglecting the bike for that long they wouldve at least offered something of an apology. What will keep me from going back is the tech who kept calling me "Love" which just made me feel dirty.

If you are not in a hurry, you might actually get someone to help you. I was there today to get a simple piece of tubing for a shift cable. The older gentleman at the store instructed me to go see his son in the shop to cut me a piece and I would be on my way. After standing there for 20 minutes while his son BS with some woman about her bike. Also the wife of the older guy was on the phone talking about whatever with a friend. I finely left after 30 minutes with no help and went across the street to REI and was out of there in 10 minutes with what I needed and only $2.00 spent. Dont ever go to these idiots! They obviously have no business acumen.

I was eating at Hacienda, I had just gotten done with a ride and thought I could head over to check out some bikes. I didnt plan on buying anything. I went over and the doors were locked up. Performance had closed about 2 minutes beforehand. However, a guy ran and unlocked the door. I told him I was just looking and he still spent the time to walk me through the store and ask what I was into. He was a great man and I ended up buying a GT Helion Comp because of his great workmanship.

Definitely do your research before shopping at this bike shop. The gentleman I dealt with was helpful; however, when I purchased a 2016 model year bike at a discounted price, I found out a few days after purchase bike shops were discounting the 2017s in the same model year for the same price when I found a 2016 and 2017 at another bike shop down the road, and some of the 2016s that are still around are almost $800 less than what I paid. Not to mention they didnt do a bike fit.

Very friendly staff that are hard working. Like most things in life, setting time aside to have your bike serviced is highly recommended. If you have that time to wait while work is being done, fantastic. They offer drop off, pickup up service if youre in a hurry, so if you dont have the patience, this is very helpful. They are great at multitasking, juggling service, sales, and information, a trait rarely seen in most places. Wonderful people, recommended highly.

Poor service and under educated sales people. I brought my fat bike in to be set up tubeless and they could not get it right. I bought a new tire ($120), and paid them 30 bucks a wheel to get it set up tubeless and they couldnt get it to hold air pressure. So after $180 they couldnt get it right and refuse to refund my money or make it work right. Save your money and dont go there, go anywhere but there if you want to get good service work.

I went here as well and I see what everyone is saying. Apparently if you just go here and buy things and dont mention the website prices they charge you full price. Went back later to have them corrected since a few of the items were cheaper on their website than in the store. Took the guy 30 minutes to fix like 3-4 items and told me next time Id be more educated the next time I came in
