I just ordered my bike from C3. I worked with Jodie to pick the right frame and he was amazing! He explained every component without sounding pretentious or condescending, he showed me several options for what I needed, and I was able to even try a few bikes. We figured out what style of bike would work best for me, he spent some time taking my exact measurements to set up the bikes for my test rides. and we tried some bikes with the same frame ergonomics and geometry so I could see how I liked the different materials and set-ups. It was incredibly helpful! Everybody was super nice and we talked about music and local community rides. They are my bike shop, for sure. When you purchase a bike from these guys, they really help you out and make sure you get what will work for your budget as well as your riding needs. I definitely appreciate them. Even if youre just shopping, I recommend stopping in and asking questions. They will help you figure out what you need even if you dont buy from them. But I hope you do buy from them because they are a great community shop who are so friendly and passionate about biking! *EDIT* Just got my bike today (a week later) and again, those guys really took their time to set me up! They put me on a trainer and measured my legs and riding position to make sure the pedals, seat, handlebars, etc, were all set for my body. There were no pressured up-sales for accessories or anything, they just helped me find what I needed and made sure my bike was working optimally for me. I really appreciate this shop and I personally look forward to connecting with the riding community at C3!

Frankly I would not recommend doing business with this bike shop. I brought my BMC bike in seven days before a major event, Ride the Rockies. Before I brought my bike in, I had already connected with a BMC Rep to expedite the fix, who recommended this shop. First off, I did I not get my bike back until AFTER the event -- which really sucked. And second, they did nothing to help me get some another bike even after I told them I was open to renting anything for the event or buying a brand-new bike. Third, because this is the second time that this bike has had a structural failure, I arranged to have a professional fitting for when I picked up my bike. Anyway the shop owner canceled this appointment through one of his employees, and has never returned any of my calls after asking for him 4 to 5 times throughout this entire process. Although the shop techs were nice guys, they were not on the ball and also very young, so given that this bike has had the same very serious failure twice, I have no confidence that the problem has been totally solved so now I definitely have to take it to another shop... End of the Story... I ended up ordering a brand-new BMC bike from another shop, who helped me quickly and easily order the exact bike I wanted. UPDATE: I thought this was over.. but I JUST took my BMC out on its first ride, and the derailer hanger just broke clean off. I had asked this shop to do a total tune up for my race, which they did not do. Thank God I still have a few days before my race to get this fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Este lugar es excelente. Las personas que trabajan aquí son muy profesionales saben lo que hacen y lo recomiendo. Si eres serio en bicicletas, este es el lugar para ti. Escribo por mi experiencia que fue muy buena. I love this place. I will be back. Thank you for the bike. I am impressed with the quality of my race machine and the service. You deserve an excellent review. I had a much better service here than in REI since I am still a member there. Keep up the great work.

The bike shops you really enjoy going to seem to be an endangered species. So many of them are either generic shopping centers, overly specialized in only one domain, or populated by staff who are neither knowledgeable nor friendly. Thank goodness for C3! The owner (Wade) seems to go out of his way every time to help make purchasing a low pressure experience, but takes the utmost care in ensuring you get exactly what you want for your ride. The entire crew there is knowledgeable and helpful, plus they have an amazing selection that runs the gambit from high performance road racing to trail riding, downhill, and even dirt jumping. The amazing this is they didnt just throw this stuff together - they really do know what theyre talking about in every domain. Its good to know that while many shops look more and more like a national chain, the friendly local bike shop that you actually do want to support has not gone extinct.

I went to C3 for a bike fitting today and was incredibly impressed by Wade and Kashi (spelling?). In his interactions with me and other customers, it is apparent why C3 is the top bike shop in Denver. Wade took no shortcuts in my fitment; we turned over every stone and analyzed every reasonable possibility. When we finally arrived at the correct setup, I was amazed at how comfortable my ride was. I am most appreciative of how Wade explained the science behind the angles and how it affects my ride quality. The service prices are very reasonable - I have tremendous respect for a local shop that does honest, great work, charges a reasonable price, and truly emphasizes customer service (shoutout to Ollies Barbershop, down the road). I will, without hesitation, go back to C3 for future service and products. Im ecstatic that Ive found a terrific bike shop, run by a fantastic staff.

This bike shop is dedicated to the sport more than any other I have been to in Denver. Walking into this place I immediately felt a different vibe than any other store, who just seemed to just have a generic approach to cycling. C3s inventory is phenomenal, there is nothing they dont have or cant get. Probably the most important thing about C3 is they are all about having fun on your bike and developing lasting friendships with their customers and riding buddies. If you havent been here before then definitely take the time to check it out. The people you meet here is reason enough to stop in, not to mention the novelty design of the store. Bikes EVERYWHERE, its like a modern museum of radness!

C3 is awesome! Ive been in the market for a new road bike for the past year or so and have stopped in most of the shops throughout the Denver area and these guys are by far the best. Great selection, no pressure sales and extremely knowledgeable- Wade (owner) is literally an encyclopedia on bikes. I finally pulled the trigger on a new bike after a few visits and Jodie got me measured up, got me on a test ride, and put me on the trainer to do some additional tweaking and fitting (btw-fitting is free with a new bike). Ive already recommended this shop to my friends looking for a new bike or a tune-up.

Great, helpful bike-loving folks! I came in with a decent road bike that I found in the dumpster. It had a busted back wheel and could use a little loving. These guys ended up finding a used wheel/tire in good shape so that I didnt have to drop $200 plus on a free bike. The labor was very cheap and the guys working there brought this bike back to life after replacing the wheel/tire/tubes, chain, and even a cheap tune-up. They spent the time and energy on a project that didnt really make em that much money. True bike lovers, very qualified and intelligent staff!
