(Ignore other reviewer) I also went to buy boots and was greeted nicely and not hounded. The sales rep. was very respectful to my space and only talked to answer questions. I simply asked "is this pair on sale cause I like them?" He said he would be right back. Then two minutes later he told me "I got them from $49.99 down to $19.99, will that work?" I could not believe how well they treated me. I think the guys who worked there in Jun of 08 got fired, cause the whole new team is amazing!! Highly recommend!

I Love Big 5...its the only place I will buy shoes. The staff at this location are great. Always get what I am looking for at the BEST price. You will spend $30-40 more for the exact same pair of shoes at the shoe carnival that is next door so dont waste your time and money, just stop at Big 5 first.
