I have loved working out at the Conifer campus for the last several years. I especially enjoyed the morning adult classes with Grand Master Sautel and being able to get a positive and educational start to my mornings. They were also a great way to set an encouraging mindset for work and dealing with the stresses of the day. The leadership and training provides balance and structure from the beginning of each class and has helped me gain self confidence in many areas of my life. Everyone from the young tigers to adults complete a monthly homework. Each goes over different topics such as gratitude, honesty, self control and many more. The homeworks teach kids how to be well rounded and positive students and reminds adults to be the best that we can be in every situation. Within this school I have seen kids and adults alike achieve goals and become stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. I highly recommend the Colorado Taekwondo Institute in Conifer to anyone of any age who is looking for a healthy atmosphere to learn, an encouraging way to become stronger, and a balanced form of self defense.

Wonderful program! Both of my boys have been involved in taekwondo at CTI for over 3 years. Everyone - students and instructors - are very supportive, respectful, and friendly. We love it there! It is incredible having such a positive program like this. Wherever we go, we constantly get compliments on the behavior of our boys. Taekwondo has been a commitment, but a commitment that has brought numerous gains to our life! It has helped my youngest son come out of his shell and gain confidence. It has helped my oldest son learn how to be respectful and tone down his silliness. Being a physical therapist and knowing the importance of exercise, the structured exercise that is offered year round has helped my boys thrive at all of their sports/activities. I feel that they are learning the importance of exercise which will be with them throughout their lives. Overall, CTI has been a fantastic experience for out entire family!

I joined the Colorado Taekwondo Institute 6 years ago. Its hard to believe its been that long ago. Since I joined, I have experienced so many positive health benefits. I have gotten better flexibility and overall fitness. I love getting a full body workout without a bunch of weights or machines. Being an adult, I love being in class with other adults. The adult class at Conifer is full of adults ranging from early twenties to sixty. There are a few teens as well. Working out with a variety of people helps keep the classes fun and interesting. No matter how much I learn, I always find there is so much more to learn and so much more I can improve. The school at Conifer is always clean. The workout room is great. The cushioned workout floor really takes the jolt out of all the running, jumping and kicking. The workouts are great for any physical ability or fitness level. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try.

I began training 5 years ago at the Colorado Taekwondo Institute, Conifer Campus. The instructors at the school are welcoming, knowledgeable, understanding of individual differences, and excellent leaders. My husband, son & I take classes there & are each at different levels & progress at our own speeds - rising to the challenges & increased expectations of our instructors. CTI is an excellent martial arts school, meeting each student where they are physically & helping them achieve their personal self-defense & fitness goals. It is a wonderful atmosphere of cooperation & dedication, in helping fellow students grow in their practice as they help you. I recommend CTI to anyone interested in taekwondo.

I put my daughter in Taekwondo for some behavioral issues. She has done a 360! She is thriving at this school. The monthly homework, tournaments, one on one attention along with the responsabilities they give her has made a huge difference. Everyone is wonderful and friendly. They make a point of knowing everyones names, which really makes your child feel special. It is a wonderful school for adults too. They are not short on activities either, the summer camps and expos are a blast. My daughter looks forward to everything the school offers and we take full advantage to all of it.

The teachers and staff are very knowledgeable of Taekwondo instruction and education. Even at the Tiger level (youngest class), the teachers are highly ranked. I appreciate their attention to discipline at an age appropriate level. Another thing that impressed me with this school is the use of older students to help in the classroom. This is a great opportunity for those students, and it gives something for the younger students to which they can aspire if they work hard and are dedicated.

Ive known both Master John Sautel and Grandmaster James Sautel since 1989. I have to tell you, these two men, are two of the greatest individuals you will ever meet. They will do what ever they need to do to help you out. My years in Moo Sul Kwan were the best years of my life. I hope to hear my infamous Nick Name "Beautiful Bobby Padget," once again here soon. Because Im coming back!

My two sons and I enjoy our time at the Conifer campus. The boys look forward to spending time with Grand Master Sautel in this beautiful campus. The boys also look forward to exciting events such as the upcoming Colorado Taekwondo Summer Camp. I am happy that we have found a family activity that teaches our sons the importance of integrity, honesty and education.

Excellent program! Lots of different options for both adult and junior/kids classes. The instructors are awesome and very good at helping each person progress to their best ability. All the students Ive met have been friendly and hard working which makes going to class much more enjoyable. I couldnt recommend CTI enough.
