I bought items from here a few years ago. My experience was great so I recently went back. It felt like a used car lot experience. While browsing softball equipment, I clearly stated I wanted to just look around. I was left alone for maybe 2 to 3 minutes before I was approached again with sales tactics. Then when approaching check out, I was hit up AGAIN with more sales tactics pushing more equipment. My advice to management.....let your customers breath and give them space. Maybe wait for a customer to ask for help after the inital "What are you looking for today?", especially when customer specifically tells you they just want to look around. The small savings in prices isnt worth that kind of experience.

I Dont know why I kept going there for years! Yeah sometimes you find a deal, but if your going to sell your stuff forget about it! i was offered more money by a pawn shop! The guy that runs the place is sooo very rude I dont know how they are still in business. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere that likes there customers money, This place isnt getting any more of mine

wouldnt sell me union bindings already attached to gnu deck. Which were the only decent bindings they had. Was put on hold to talk to a manager, but heard everything they said which wasnt very pleasant. Their equipment is dirty and almost falling apart. Very rude and condescending.

I have been here multiple times because it is so close to my house but every time the customer service is bad. Usually its the older guy there. He seems to just want you as a customer in and out quickly as possible. I will drive to the Aurora one from now on rather than go back there.

Great customer service. Every time I come in Im greeted with a smile and asked if I can be helped with anything. I only ever come in here for their Disc Golf selection. They have a fair number of used and misprinted discs at very reasonable prices.

Terrible customer service purchased a used baseball glove the glove ended up being to small for my hand attempted to return it the next day and the owner refused to return the glove. He then offered to give me half of what I Originally paid for it.

the people are sooooooooo nice and helpful i walked in going in for a selling a chest protecter and i got a catchers set helmet,shin pads,chest all for under 70 dollars. and its cool when you know people that work there

The positive you can see the gear the bad customer service and they dont stand behind there equipment when it is defective carefull what you buy and that is why I shop mostly on line these days

Good selection of used sports equipment. Got a solid used longboard for cheap to learn on! Get all my disc golf discs here too. Could use a better selection of bikes though.

Dont ask questions if you expect a real answer. Frequently new equipment is a better value than the used stuff they sell here.
