I was looking for a new mattress because I recently moved to Greeley. We walked in and tried a few mattresses and found THE ONE. The manager was AMAZING- he was so helpful, provided me with lots of information, answered all my questions, and gave me a few different options for packages/sets etc. Because it was close to move in time for students at the nearby college things were pretty backed up with delivery, but the manager worked his magic and was able to get us a great deal with the best delivery option and date he could. I could not have had a better experience. You can tell they really care about quality and the customers satisfaction there. They want you to leave happy. They really take care of you there! The manager made the process simple, painless, and easy to understand. I know where Ill be getting my next mattress!!

Ive shopped at this location several times over the past three years. Each time, my sales rep was knowledgeable and patient. The prices at Denver Mattress are comparable, if not a little less expensive, to other mattress stores Ive visited. The product selection is excellent and delivery is done well. Perhaps my favorite part of shopping here is that if you purchase a Denver Mattress brand like Doctors choice, the store itself serves all your warranty needs. Having a place to go talk to someone in person about your warranty makes the whole process seem less intimidating.

My wife and baby went to buy a mattress, sales people had poor social skills. Other people came in looked to have more money by appearance. The sales man went right to the people that dressed nicer, while the other sales man sat behind the counter and never addressed my wife again. Needless to say that they lost an EASY sale. Stay away from this company that sells by stereotype.

Very disappointed in the service I received at this establishment. Poor customer service by both gentleman. Salemanship definitely needs work. I am in the market for a new bed and that was not the type of service I expected. They seemed to not want to be at work.

Ran in for a bed frame. The only salesman in there was talking on the phone (asking "Dude, how was your vacation last week?") making no effort to help me. I left and wont ever be back. Shame because my fiancé and I are in the market for a nice new mattress.

Terri was awesome. Very helpful and not pushy. The computer said they had 1 in stock but when they went to get it out of the back there wasnt one so they upgraded us for free. Very enjoyable experience.
