Absolutely awful customer service & product, I cant recommend that you run fast enough from this place!! Our furniture was damaged & defective & I fought for months to get it returned even involving the manufacturer. The co-owner Neno was extremely difficult to work with not to mention his ego WOW!!! I couldnt be happier to be done with this company!!!! I wish I could post pics so you could see the furniture that I received and what an utter mess it was!!! Beware folks!!!!

EDIT 1/6/2017- this problem was corrected and my aunt is very happy with the replacement chair that was provided by the store. Ive upgraded the rating to r stars. .... Original post - Broyhill brand furniture seems to have serious quality and service issues. My 88 year old aunt bought a custom recliner less than a year ago. After months of repair, fail, repair, return and repair, it still does not operate properly.
