We were very excited to be owning our furniture from LZB until it got delivered. 1 of the items - stained 1 of the items - wrong color Manager at store tried to blame us for ordering the wrong color (sorry for not checking that the code the sales rep made was not the right one in your system - yeah let me do your work for you!) and then we get the replacement 1 MONTH LATER and it has a rip! We didnt accept the piece of furniture and we had to call the store to get a clarification on next steps. Forget calling the customer to apologize and make sure they get the furniture they are paying for in a prompt manner. They couldnt be bothered with that! No! We had to call to have he manager (Richard) explain that he didnt work Mondays so nothing gets done when he isnt in the store! Great! So if he had died no one would fix the problem!? We are being told a replacement will take 1 MONTH! Like we havent been waiting enough!? So extremely disappointed at the service and experience. Will NEVER recommend LZB to anyone, they have made this a nightmare! Crazy us thought this would be a good experience.

Purchased a reclining chair that I fell is very cheaply made. Had a tech check it out and it was recomendded a different style. Manager was extremely rude and said there was nothing they could do. Called corporate office and after 5 days finally received a call stating the same thing. fI would not recommend anyone do business with the Parker store. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and will never refer them or use them again! BUYER BEWARE!

My parents have purchased several lazy-boy products over the years and they ordered a custom made chair and the fabric was very poorly aligned. All of the management at the store were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Disappointed that lazy-boy would support such a poor franchise owner. Terrible customer service steer clear!
