I experienced almost the same thing as Adrian. Sears was advertising a washer and dryer and I was told by Scott the owner that I would be getting the same deal as online. I took Scotts word for it, and he took my money. I got home and realized he was wrong and I was paying about $145 more. I called him and he said "perfect, just bring your receipt back and I will refund you". He didnt seem to care that what he told me was wrong and he wouldnt honor the websites price. He could easily check himself but didnt. What a waste of time. Just be upfront with me... It cost him $3,000 in lost business as I cancelled my other order with him out of principal. I dont have time for stupid games.

Last night we purchased our new washer and dryer from here after running away from a sears store due to horrible customer service and had the most amazing experience all thanks to Jessica (store manager) who went above and beyond and did everything she could to make sure we had an awesome experience. She took her time and even stayed way past closing time to make sure we make the right choice. She even kept our 6 year old son entertained and happy! It is so refreshing to see that someone like her still exists in the world of appliances! Its so rare these days. Thanks again for everything Jessica, me and my family will be sure to be back for many years to come all because of you.

I had a wonderful experience with Scott and a Diego this past weekend. They went the extra mile for us and did a lot more than we expected them to do! My in-laws had been shopping for appliances for a while and we happened upon this store. Scott was able to answer all of our technical questions and find us exactly what we were looking for. They were also willing to price match the washer/dryer that we had found to be cheaper elsewhere and his fridge was the best price we could find online or anywhere!

Salesman told me I should buy the Craftsman snowblower instead of the "crappy" Bolens snow blower sold at Lowes. Said the quality was much higher. After some research, the two snow blowers were both manufactured by the same company. Same engine, same mechanicals, only difference was color and the shape of the handle...oh, and $100 cheaper. Lying about the competition isnt a great tactic.

Definitely not customer focused. I was looking to buy a product and was directed to this store as they had my product in stock but they would not honor their own online promotional offer even though I showed them exactly was was being promoted. (This was not an online offer only item)
