I went there today with my friends we are from 16 -17 years old and right when we walked in all the employees looked at us. We wanted to ask to see if they were hiring and we had a great experience with the cashier lady but there was a security cop that kept looking at us After the lady told us everything we said okay thank you and we went to go look at the halloween decorations And the security asked us to leave I asked why and he asked if my parents were in the store i said no and he said go back to the mall. He followed us all the way to the exit. I was fairly disappointed and mad becuase I think they thought we were gonna shoplift right after we asked for a job like are you for real ????no common sense at all. I am never going back here again not even to buy stuff for me or with my family. I felt very unwelcome and i dont want to bring race into this but i bet if it was a group of white kids it would of been a totally different story Once again very disappointed and mad with this store now i dont like the security cop that was in there. He treated us like if we were stealing things. Not buying from here again Just lost a costomer and my family is very well mad about this. Being kicked out for no reason. AtHome Plz Hire employees with good judgement. Otherwise i love what they sell i used to spend houring deciding what to get here Love their furniture but hate that security gaurd all mean and rude to us

Worst customer service ever, manager was very rude and unprofessional, wife was looking for an item after she browsed around for an hr she finally found it when at the register to get ready to pay there was a note in the back that read that item was saved for someone else, I dont know the stores policy but I will find out, manager stated she would not sell us that item that we got from The shelf on the floor because it was saved for some one else, I would have thought that if you were to save an item the employees would put it aside,not back in the shelf on the store floor!!!! 3-19-16 Greeley mall 8:50pm

Horrible customer service...waiting in the checkout line for 45 minutes while the only cashier was helping out another customer. Never called for help while 6 people were waiting in line to check out!!!
