I just left this store and it is AWFUL. Since it is the day after Christmas I expected it to be bad but the other shoppers were more pleasant to deal with than the store itself. It was so bad that next time I will drive to Denver if I want to deal with Toys R Us. First I called the store to see if the item I wanted was in stock, was put on hold for fifteen minutes and then hung up on. So I called back and spoke with a manager who did find out the item was there. When I arrived in store I could not find the item and looked for an associate to help me for a full half hour. The only person I found on the floor turned around and walked off when I asked if he could please help me. I finally decided to just wait outside a door marked "Team Members Only" and grab the first person who came out. That was Justin, and he was GREAT. He not only found the item in the back for me, but helped me put it in the cart and re-stocked the shelf, all with a smile and a wonderful attitude, even though I had a group of people following me to ask him questions when I was done. There were only four registers open, one of which was cash only. Then when I finally got to check out, the lady in the cash only line was complaining that people kept getting in her line like her light was on or something, so I looked up, and her light was on! The lady checking me out didnt even greet me, she was too busy telling the other cashier that she must be being punished for being naughty. I would have thought that management would put more associates on the floor for the day after Christmas when big sales are going on, but apparently this Toys R Us staff likes to run a ship as bare as possible, and for that they will lose my business.

I was in shopping for a bike for my soon to be 10 year old. After extensive internet research I ended up here and was pleasantly surprised by the size of their selection. They didnt have what I came in for, but they did have an equally desirable model for a fair price. The bike came fully assembled, but the handle bars were loose. I looked for a bike wrench, but found out they dont sell those. No worries, a helpful gentlemen came up to the counter with a handful of tools to fix it. In the end the bike was a different price from the website so they matched the lower price with no hesitation. Overall great experience today. They even had a very specific board game that I thought I was going to have to order on Amazon.

It is TRU, so you cant go too wrong if you are just looking to burn some time or let the kids run around. If you are looking for something specific, however, you probably wont have much luck here. Entire aisles and shelves are consistently empty and the variety on action figures or other collections is scarce. Granted this is not TRUs fault entirely (collectors clean them out and the supplies are AWFUL [Im looking at you HASBRO]) but there is something depressing about a half empty toy store. Youll have just as much luck and fun at a SuperTarget or Walmart for selection, and the prices will probably be better too.

My experience at this Toys R Us has always been positive. - The staff is always helpful, courteous, and child friendly. They greet you at the door and help you get what you need. - It is a very large store with a lot of selection. - The sections have large clear labels, making it easier to find types and brands of toys. - There is a section of toys for smaller kids, as well as a section for older kids. The clear division makes it even easier to find what you need. - It is relatively clean, which is no small feat when you consider how large it is and how many families come running through every day.

THIS IS BULL CRAP! T.V COMERCIAL ADVERTISEMENT ” TODAY” SAID THAT THEY WERE OPEN TILL MIDNIGHT! NOT TRUE! IM SO BEYOND FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT. I DEPENDED ON THE TIME FRAME I ” THOUGHT” I HAD? BUT THANKS TOYS R US?? I GOT MY CHTISTMAS SHOPPING DONE! CORPORATE WILL BE CONTACTED. JUST IN CASE YOUR PUNK KID MANAGER IS/WAS CLOSING WHEN HE WASNT SUPPOSE TO. OH AND BY THE WAY ON GOOGLE WEBSITE IT SAYS STORE HOURS TODAY ARE 7AM- 11PM AND I GOT HERE AT 10:02PM. SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THAT? AND IM NOT THE ONLY 1 THAT WAS MISTAKEN! OTHERS KEEP PULLING IN PARKING LOT ALSO!

I used my stopwatch. I was the second person in line and after over twenty minutes the line did not move. There was one other line open, which also did not move in this time, and the six employees manning the two lines did not bother opening another register. While putting the $140 worth of merchandise back on the shelves, I found a manager talking to another employee, but they ignored me as I tried to get their attention.

Terrible!! Id suggest shopping online, if you have the time to get it shipped before x-mas!! The prices are RIDICULOUSLY more expensive than almost any website you decided to shop on!! You also wont have to deal with the people that are obviously staring at their watches every 14 seconds, anticipated closing time!!! Save yourself the heart/headache!!

I called to ask about an item and was told they did not have it, that they checked for it. I went in later and asked another guest service associate and they found it, after 30 minutes of looking. I gave them all the certain numbers and it still took them a long time to find it. Really really poor customer service.

Its a toy store whats not to love. Some disorganization and chaos depending the time of year...christmas is bad but thats to be expected it is not expected on a Tuesday afternoon in January...staff is helpful and friendly. EVERYTHING is super over priced. A plastic pool for $45 ha ha ha ha.

Talking about my experience only, they have a great selection of Lego sets, and nice sales every now and then. Good selection on videogame merchandise, too, if youre into that. The store is pretty nice and the staff is helpful and polite. Ill be shopping here regularly.

Horrible place to go. Their store staff dont know their butt from a hole in the ground and they are not very helpful. They make you feel like they dont need or want your business. Its very chaotic when you walk in the store. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It was SUPER busy with all the awesome sales going on, but all the customer service peeps were in a great mood and the lines moved fast. The store was clean, which seems like would be difficult in a store where everyone wants to play all the time. Awesome!
