I wish I could give a zero star after my last conversation with the customer service manager , who I believe his name was Josh. My pair of predator pro 12x40 have had issues over the last few years and have been into service I think 4 times. Last time in i had the option of upgrading and didnt have the money to so I didnt. Today 6/4/14 I talked to josh and he said all they would give me is 35% on my $ 300 pair and quoted me a price close to $300 more then last time. I told him of my loyalty to Steiner/Burris was wavering and he said that that was all he was going to do. I would have loved to continue the conversation and see if it could work out for both of us... but being the professional customer service manager that josh was as I asked for him to confirm his name to me he hung up on me. All the good experiences I have had just got voided out. I would never in my life suggest buying anything from Steiner or Burris as long as this is how they choose to treat paying, loyal and extra business producing customers.

Great product....due to the repeated unanswered phone calls, voice mails never returned and a total inability to provide any costumer service made this a one star. Unfortunately Im unable to give a lower rating as I still have not came to a resolution with Steiner , even if its as simple as (we are unable to help you...please dont contact us again)

Great products, great warranty, GREAT customer service. I was on hold for 6 seconds, I cant remember who I talked to but he was very nice, and sent me the parts that I had lost at no charge.
