I dont usually do these... Thats how bad the experience working with them was. This dr feeders is amazing vague about what shes doing in relation to the coverage. Collecting from your vision insurance isnt enough for her. She ran tests the charged me my health insurance co-pay, then over billed my health insurance and expects me to pay what they refused to pay. The tests she ran, should have been done by a REAL eye dr. When I went to a real eye dr, they didnt see anything of what she claimed she saw. Do yourself a favor, just go to an Ophthalmologist from the get go, not this crack pot optometrist.

TERRIBLE-should have went to a regular optometrist. Im a long haul truck driver, was home over New Years and finally got a prescription. The glasses were to be shipped to Iowa, two weeks later still no glasses. After 10 days the vision center called and said my glasses were in.....Colorado Springs. All the paperwork had SHIP to Iowa across the top. I paid 700.00 and no one knows where the glasses are.
