I called this location, two days ahead, to make an appointment and check on a set of frames. The representative I spoke with, on that day, indicated that they were out of stock of the frames I was seeking. However, she said that they could be ordered - so long as payment was received in advance. I came in for my appointment (cash and insurance in hand) and had a great experience with Dr. Simonson. He is the only reason for any positive I this review. Following my appointment, my husband and I waited upwards of ten minutes to receive service. I actually had to stand in front of the counter, staring at one of the three unoccupied representatives to get service. The second representative, a younger, heavier girl, proceeded to tell me I couldnt order frames, at all, and would have to pick from the shelves. I was so frustrated that I asked for the manager (Gary). He concurred with the initial representative, and stated that the frames could be ordered, but payment would be due in advance. I would not recommend this location unless they have your frame in stock and you feel like waiting around.

The Ladies in there must be miserable and hate their job. Holiday time in the mall and not a greeting or a smile and when we actually said we wanted to buy something, the lady that was available rang it up and told us a total price. I have dual insurance so I explained to her that their Southlands store has all our info in their system. She asked us if we wanted to use the insurance. She was such negative energy I hated being in there. I feel bad that they spend their work day like that. Ill never step foot in there again. And to top it off the mean lady adjusted my glasses so tight behind my ears. I worked in optometry so it was obviously intentional because I informed her that she wasnt friendly to deal with. I blame myself I should have never let her touch my glasses. I left with them like that and will hopefully be able to fix them. Otherwise Ill call the GM since the other post says they were kind. I really feel bad that their that miserable there.

I went in for a new yearly prescription, I was planning on getting contacts. The girl at the front desk said it would be 30 minutes. I went to use the restroom and came back, and sat there waiting for 2 hours. I asked how long will it be and she laughed and said, sorry I called you and I dont know when the next available spot will be. She never did call by the way, she could have said something when I was waiting there for 2 hours - instead she just smiled and looked at me while I waited. Great clerks, they really do care (sarcasm) I just walked out and my friend told me all she did was laugh and mumble something. Been going there for years, but not any more - Ill be going to Sears. I was there 3/12/2016 employees at the front desk dont know how to communicate with customers. Dont do walk ins because the clerks will forget your sitting there waiting.

Okay, so I actually did my exam here about 6 months ago. I called back in because I moved to Littleton and wanted to transfer my prescription over. The Littleton store was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. So I called back to Park meadows and if I was there I couldve hugged Gabby!! She was sooooo nice. She called over for me, fixed the misunderstanding, called me back and told me how to get myself transferred over, all while being professional and polite. She was so kind to me, such a stark difference from the Littleton store. When I went in at the beginning of the year I bought 6 months worth of contacts as well as a pair of glasses from here and it was great. Professional, quick service. I honestly wish I still lived closer to here, because the service where I live now is nowhere close to the service I received at Park Meadows. Thank you again Gabby!

Called and was immediatelly placed on hold. Almost 10 minutes later was able to speak with an associate that was unable to help me because they currently had another patient in front of them. Id recommend that either they dont have a phone number for clients to call or have enough associates to assist all patients/clients in person and over the phone. Thank you.

Ibe purchased my glasses from Lenscrafters my entire life. At other lenscrafters, I feel like the employees know how to do their job and are helpful and nice. At the Park Meadows Lenscrafters, most of the employees are rude. In the 3 times that Ive gone there, I only got good service the 2nd time. I would recommend going to a different Lenscrafters.

Came in on a busy Saturday, they still had me in within 30mins to see the doc w/ no appointment. Doc had me examined and out within 15mins w/ a slight adjustment to my prescription. Many frames to choose from (I went with the RayBans) and fast Saturday service, Ill definitely be back. Also, the young ladies who worked there were all very nice.

My wife and daughter were very pleased with the service they received. The onsite eye doctor was polite, caring and very informative, she didnt rush us in and out. The select of frames is plentiful and prices are reasonable. The sales staff was great at helping us pick out the right frames.

Not sure why there are so many terrible reviews of this place, but Misty was incredibly friendly and helpful. She has one of those positively infectious personalities. I came here for adjustments on my frames.

Gary the GM was very helpful and easily fixed a problem we were having that was caused by Mary, an employee there, who has a surprisingly bad attitude and seemed uncaring and unwilling to help.

Never had a problem with any employees here. Not certain how good the pricing actually is, I get reimbursed so Im never too concerned about the price tags.
