FANTASTIC! I have been coming here since the 80s Recently I purchased 3 pair of glasses, 2 (prescription sunglasses) of which had to come from the manufacturer. Upon receiving them we discovered that the 2 were not exactly the same as the non-prescription version. Beth and Company were OUTSTANDING in assisting me in finding 2 others that were just what I was looking for from the same manufacturer! She even ordered in some models that were not carried in the store so that I could try them! In the end I ended up with 2 new pairs (they sent the ones I did not like back....amazing!) I cant stress enough how exemplary the customer service, knowledge and caring was! A customer for life. A+++++++

Europtics at Greenwood Village is OUTSTANDING !!! A family member shattered his glasses and was leaving on a trip in 5 days. Beth and Dan were Fantastic in getting a re-measure and order sent in for a replacement set of glasses--they came back in just 3 days!! Just called to inquire about insurance and Nikon lenses. 8/16 @ 4:30. Unhelpful, rude and practically hung up on me. He acted like I was wasting his time. Maybe he was having a bad day. If the rest of the employees are like him, you should take your business elsewhere.

That was almost a complete waste of my time. I finished the exam and spent 15 minutes looking at frames before they told me the frame shop doesnt take my insurance. It would have been nice for them to have mentioned that when I made the appointment last week.

Got great help and service when I was here. They will work with you as long as you want. Which they had more of a sunglass selection at this location. However loved the assistance I got at this store!
