This doesnt even deserve one star. I would go lower if I could. This place used to feel like a home to me and now I only think such low things of it. I have gotten all of my piercings from there and the past 3 months I have had nothing but trouble with the staff and my new piercings. I went in for spider bites about 3 months ago and requested Amy as usual, she did a great job as expected but not even merely a week after the jewelry fell apart, so I had replaced them with new jewelry by myself. Unfortunately the new jewelry embedded in my lip and I spent half a day in the ER to get it cut out then to be put on antibiotics due to my medical history of a liver transplant so I would not gain an infection from it, after letting it heal for a while I went back to the shop to see Amy told her what had happened and she could care less, since I liked the shop so much in the first place and I had paid to get it redone, not a day passes and the jewelry falls apart, I have called and the staff refuses to refund me and is rude to me. Do not go here,

I came in today to get a daith piercing, as I hear they help some people with their migraines. The minute I walked in, the lovely associate helping at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The parlor itself is very clean and the atmosphere is very chill and calming. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my piercing, and the artist, Amy, was absolutely incredible. She was so personable and a great conversationalist. The piercing hurt like crazy but it was very obvious that Amy was trying her hardest to be gentle and make it as painless as she possibly could. Its also important to note that I called multiple piercing places before choosing this one, and every single place quoted me at least $40 more than the completely reasonable price, which started at $35 and went up depending in what piece of jewelery you chose. I 100% recommend this parlor to anybody who is looking for a piercing, and I am already planning to come back for my nose piercing. :)

I love this place! At the end of 2016 I was determined to get a full sleeve over the next year! For the last few months Ive been working with Hugo and hes the best! Hes helped me through my neurotic indecisiveness and created pieces that I get complimented on constantly! His line work and attention to detail are incredible. Not only that but hes quick and not heavy handed which makes the process even better! I must also compliment Jen at the front desk because she is awesome! Shes a machine! Two phone calls and a line of people but shes always calm, cool, and collected! I highly recommended this place to everyone. A good company starts from the top down and the owners clearly hire amazing artists and help create an environment that is welcoming to all!

I just had my tattoo done by Hugo and it is AMAZING. Not only was he super professional, but he was very personable and cool. I knew what I wanted, but needed an artistic touch and he did an amazing job, I honestly never thought it would be as spectacular as it is. Highly recommend Hugo for every tattoo need. The shop itself is awesome too. Everyone is very nice and dont have the "holier-than-thou" attitude that is pretty common to tattoo shops nowadays. Whether its your first or 20th tattoo, they treat you like family, and make you feel welcome. I wont go anywhere else.

Ive been going to Phantom 8 on and off for about 3 years. I waited 6 months for my first appointment with Chris and it was absolutely worth it!. Chris is an amazing artist and I appreciate that he works with me every step of the way to ensure that what hes doing is what I want. Very laid back atmosphere - no attitudes, no ego. My wife and son both go to Chris for their work and it has all been top-notch. We have been 100% satisfied with our work (almost 100 hours combined) and were looking forward to starting new projects with Chris in the future.

I have been going here for years! Amy is an amazing piercer that is very knowledgable and will take the time to answer any questions. Mike Bennett is also an amazing tattoo artist. His color and creativity is beyond anything I can comprehend. The best part is everyone is so nice and no one has that ego most tattoo places have. The are impeccably clean and huge germiphobes which make me feel very at ease when I come in. I know whenever I leave Phantom8 Im going to leave with something amazing I will always love.

Ive gotten a couple piercings by Amy a few years ago and had a great experience. She calmly explained everything before, during, and after very thoroughly. When I went a few weeks ago and just dropped in, Amy was out that day and I had Krisha pierce my septum. I received the same top notch treatment and she was incredibly accommodating when working with me to get the placement that I wanted, not just what was common. I would definitely recommend both piercers to everyone who wants to get pierced.

Ive been going to Phantom 8 (specifically Hugo) for a couple of years now. Great experience all around. The shop is clean, the artists are nice and down to earth. I would recommend Hugo and the rest of the crew without hesitation. Chris (the owner) takes time to talk to you and check on your work.. I could go on and on its all around a great experience. I will continue to get my artwork done there. PS Hugo has some amazing hair which we all know is way more important than tattoos.

I love the true tattoo shop, and this little south Denver gem has tapped into that energy. Tattoo designs cover the walls as black and white checker tiles lead the way to an amazing tattoo or body piercing experience. Phantom 8 keeps it real by encouraging the client to create a top quality, professional tattoo. This studio houses one of the larger body jewelry selections in Denver. The majority of the artists claim Colorado as their native state. I give it 5 stars.

Went in to get new septum and dermal jewelry and the receptionist and Amy (piercer) were both really sweet. Ive had my dermal pierced for a few years now and my original piercer in the Dallas TX area never told me what guage i needed to get for new dermal tops. When i went back in to ask him, he couldnt give me any answers. So i went into Phantoms and Amy was able to tell me exactly what i needed to look for and also switched out my dermal top for me

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and on top of that they do GRADE A WORK. They seem to strive for excellence and I really appreciate that in a tattoo shop. I have gotten pierced by Amy several times and gotten ink done by Mike and not only have I never had a problem but they did excellent high class work. The shop itself is always clean and sanitary and they make sure you know they are using sterile equipment. Love you guys!

Been going here for a couple years. Have had piercings and tattoos from the shop, and have never had an issue with anything. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Cleanliness is a 10. I have been to a few shops in town and I can say that in a sea of tattoo/piercing shops they show you what a tattoo shop should be Start here before considering another shop you will not be disappointed. I would recommend Phantom 8 to anyone
