I received a tattoo from Brad Mariachi about a week ago when I went in with my little brother as he was visiting on vacation. When I had initially gone in I had gotten a bad vibe from him as he was kinda pushy on the size of the tattoo and what tattoo I should get. I wanted a ship wheel on my shoulder as my favorite song artist has a ship wheel on her shoulder. ( I showed him the wheel I wanted, however, he tattooed a completely different wheel on me.) When I tried to show him again exactly what I had wanted he said "You dont want the exact same tattoo as them". Doesnt it make sense to tattoo at least something very similar as the reason I was getting it is because she was my favorite artist? Nevertheless, I received a tattoo that looks like a 15 year old put on me. I also explained that I wanted it to have old wood grain on it, he also tattooed that on me without showing me what it would look like first. Then charged me $140 for something that was 1.5x1.5 in size (no detail, no shading). My little brother had received something similar in size (a compass with some detail) and was charged 200. There was another customer in the shop receiving a compass that was bigger in size and more detail and I heard him charge her $150. My brothers girlfriend wanted the word faith on her collar bone, in which he charged her $100 for. A bit ridiculous. I tried to make appointments a few days prior and was told to just come in; So if this is about being walk-ins, thats just a bunch of BS. I have enough experience with tattoos that he must have just assumed we were young and dumb. I was highly frustrated. We would have tipped if he didnt try and rip us off. I have received art from these guys before, never overcharged and very good work but never from Brad. Needless to say I wont be going back and am currently in the process of finding someone to cover up the tattoo on my shoulder.

I heard about Joe from a coworker so I decided to look at his portfolio online and really liked his work and so I emailed him to see about getting my tattoo. By email we were able to decide on a time that worked for both of us and I sent him my tattoo ideas. When I arrived for my appointment he gave me a warm greeting and finished up the sketch, when he showed me he had a very no pressure attitude and allowed me to make some last minute changes that I was thinking about... he quickly adjusted the sketch, came back down, and then sized it to see how big we should go. After that last adjustment we put on the stencil and made sure everything looked good in the mirror and started! He is an amazing artist and I am so thankful that he took my idea and made it everything I could have dreamed. I was out in about 2 hours and got 2 tattoos (1 on each tricep), so not only talented but quick! He has a great personality and will instantly make you feel comfortable and also good conversation during the tattoo to keep your mind off the pain. I had a great experience here and will be back in the future for the next tattoo ideas I have for Joe to put on me.

I went here for my birthday and went to get my daughters name and birthdate tattooed on my ankle, the first guy I talked to on the phone was great even when I arrived to the store. However when the tattoo artist Brad started talking to me he seemed to have a very dismissive, rude, angry, attitude. I was very uncomfortable with this as this piece of art was going to be such a special permanent piece on me, I asked him after he was done outlining if he was ok, he replied that he just has to do this for a living why? I said because you seem sad, trying to keep tensions ok, his spacing was off on my lettering so my friend pointed it out before he started and Im so glad she did but he rolled his eyes at her!!! I just cant believe someone in this line of work could be so rude. My tattoo came out GReAT but worst experience ever out of any of my tattoos

Blonde lady was condescending and rude. Regardless of your skills as an artist you should still treat people nice. Was not helpful at all, just a lot of judgement towards me. I asked simple questions about getting my sleeve finished and she asked if I had ocd and was a perfectionist, wtf? Who cares. Its my tattoo on my skin, anybody would be a perfectionist about a tattoo its permanent! My questions are about my tattoo stay professional lady. If I could give this place no stars I would. It sucks because im sure there are some great artists there, but if you treat your customers like crap then you deserve bad feedback.

A friend and I went into Lifetime tonight and each had a tattoo done. For a walk-in I was extremely happy with how quickly we each had an artist working on our designs. I had an existing ladybug that had faded out that I wanted retouched and I also wanted to add a flower design of some sort. I was blessed with a handsome artist named Joe. I could not be any happier with how it turned out!! The atmosphere of the shop was great and the service was amazing! I would recommend this shop and Joe to all my friends and am looking forward to going back!!

I dont know why it took me so long to write this review. I got my first and only tattoo here over 4 years ago and I LOVE it! It is a medium size beautiful colorful psychedelic butterfly. I cant recall who the artist was (big bald guy!). His work is amazing! Very detailed & clean. People always ask me about it! He did the design as well which couldnt have been more perfect. And the best part? The color is SOLID! It looks like I got tattooed last month! LOVE IT! Will definitely return for more. The itch is back!

i had gotten an inner lip tattoo four days ago and was told it would last 1-5 years. its already faded and almost gone. we called in to ask for a touch up and the man was EXTREMELY rude and used profanity multiple times. i write this review in hopes that it will turn away customers from having an experience like mine. i paid A LOT of money for this tattoo that lasted one night. while being tattooed the man was also drinking on the job. awful place i would recommend taking business elsewhere.

I came in for a walk in tattoo about a month ago and I am extremely disappointed. The receptionist was rude and the price minimum was $80, which was insane for the small tattoo I got. My artist (Joe) was friendly, but did not do well with the tattoo. The day I got it, it looked fine, but after a while the tattoo started to blow out unevenly, leaving it terribly uneven. I would not recommend getting your tattoo here.

As a tattooer, I love to stop in to different shops in the cities Im in. This shops mojo was incredible! Tons of history and great flash all over this place! I could have looked at the walls for like 3 days! The staff was super nice and willing to show me the place! If youre in the market for a good solid tattoo that will last a long time, hit up Walt and company! They dont disappoint!
