Fantastic tattoo parlor! I have never had a tattoo, but I decided to get permanent eyeliner done for the first time at Heebee Jeebees Studio. The owner, Karen, has been doing permanent makeup, including eyeliner tattoos, for 19 years! Of course, she doesnt do permanent eyeliner every single day, probably every couple of days or every other day. Anyway, shes good. Shes really good! I would say that shes the best in Colorado Springs, possibly in all of Colorado. I asked her why she doesnt have permanent eyeliner done, and she told me that its because she hasnt found anyone else that she trusts well-enough in the Colorado Springs area to do her eyeliner since she cant do it herself (shes done all of her other tattoos, except for that). She used lidocaine numbing cream on my eyes, which made the pain minimal (it kind of felt like slightly pinchy "butterfly kisses" on my eyelids, if that makes sense). If you have done any research on permanent eyeliner, you have probably come across people recommending lidocaine numbing cream over numbing shots on the eyes because the numbing shots can cause swelling and bruising before the tattoo is even placed on the eyelids, which means the results can be uneven and less than satisfactory. Anyway, I just love my permanent eyeliner. Touch-ups are free (included in the price). Its so worth it!

Scheduled two appointments, one for my gf at 11 on march 31st and another for myself after. Chris took down the notes of what we wanted on Monday and scheduled us from there. no issues so far. At 11am this morning My girlfriend and I stood outside the shop in the snow for 30 minutes just to be told that we canceled our appointment. Neither My girlfriend or myself has called the shop once. After being told this we were then told that Chris wouldnt be in today and that we needed to reschedule. No thanks. I dont care to have my time wasted when we have both taken off of work to make this happen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I will be sure that my unit and my brothers in other units know what a joke this place is.

Had an appointment for a consultation at 4:30. I showed up and was asked what do you need. I told the gentleman that I had a 430 appointment for a consultation. He had to stop his appointment and after I told him what I was looking for he said well without seeing it I wouldnt be able to quote you a price. First off when I set the appointment I was under the understanding that I would get to sit down with someone and discuss something. Second Im not an artist you are draw me something. And lastly thank you for wasting my time, I had a series of 4 tattoos that I wanted done and my wife wants her full back tattoo touched up. I didnt care how much the tatto would have cost as long as the quality was good.

Got my first tattoo here back in October, been in and out of the hospital since so I havent had time to review, the person I had tattoo me, while he had a great portfolio, he was so inexperienced or cocky that he scarred me in 3 areas, didnt round 2 corners, made uneven points, and didnt listen to me when I said I had a clearer image of what I wanted, opting instead to work from the one they found online. For $150, I wouldve expected more care and quality and looking back I wish I had demanded he work more carefully. Overall the tattoo may look good, but getting up close he made so many errors and caused nerve damage in 3 areas, meaning this experience in my opinion, wouldnt even be worth receiving for free.

KEEP IN MIND I WAS A BIG COSTUMER FROM THIS PLACE. What did I like about this place ? The establishment is clean over all. What I DISLIKED: there is no point of making appointments with them because the majority of their businesses is based on walkins. - In different multiple occasions I scheduled appointments, when I showed the artists couldnt provide me any type of service because he wasnt there or he was tattooing a walk in. - The artists for some persons are good at what they do but they are not professional at all. - Very poor costumer service.

My Fiancé and I were in Colorado Springs on vacation and really wanted to get a memorable tattoo on our vacation. I (Alix) sent heebee jeebees an email and hours later Bill gave me a call and set us up on appointment. We were very impressed with the studio! We were even more impressed with Bill (The artist). He did amazing work, he was very very fast, AND was extremely cost effective. He is by far the best Tattoo artist Ive had the pleasure to meet. If we end up back in Colorado Springs we will definitely be seeing him again. Hope all is well Bill! -Alix

I had my first tattoo recently at Heebee Jeebees. The artist was incredibly patient, talented and kind. His work was amazing. This was a great first tattoo experience for me and I highly recommend this place. The care and excellent work I received here surpasses work other friends have experienced elsewhere. Karen s shop was very clean and I was very satisfied with the work of the artist. If I could give them a 10 star review on their work I would. I have been getting ink done in Tallahassee Florida by my good friend and just moved to Colorado Springs for work. I am extremely picky about where I get tattooed at because of past experiences with douche bags. I happened to walk into Heebe Jeebes and was blown away by the extremely friendly family oriented environment, on top of that they kick out some amazing Ink!! The detail the artists use is acute and always custom, and there is no tacky flashboard on the walls. I will definately be back time after time :) :)

We made an appointment about 3 weeks ahead of time, because were from Indiana. Get to the shop, and get told that they didnt make the appointment because they didnt get a deposit. We were never asked for a deposit when emailing them. He was already in the middle of a tattoo, told us it would be over 2 hours before they would even start drafting our tattoos that we had sent ideas already. Worst tattoo shop experience. Ever. Guess Ill just stick to my home state tattoos. Thanks for nothing.

seriously, i recommend this shop to absolutely EVERYONE! The owners & artists are the most genuine and kind people! customer service=amazing. service=perfect. price=stellar! ive been to sooo many terrible shops that are way over priced and just dont care about the job theyre doing. not this shop! i will continue going here until i die, hahaha. fyi, ive never written a review about ANYTHING online. therefore, this shop is sooo important! and this experience was by far my favorite.

I had my first tattoo done by a man named Bill. He was incredibly patient and kind to me, and his work was amazing-- even for the little tattoo that I got. With a low pain tolerance, I was really anxious to get a one, but when I would get overwhelmed, Bill would stop tattooing and chat with me to help calm me down. I really, really appreciated his patience. This was a great first tattoo experience for me and I highly recommend this place.
