Ross the supervisor of this bookstore, dose not know what they have in their inventory, and unfortunately, his own store. If anyone speaks to him be careful, because he doesnt know the correct information about the product that he sells. Its best to buy books online and wait it out. He screwed up 3 times on the order, didnt even apologize. At the same time he goes behind the back of his employees, saying that they are the ones who make mistakes. Ross is bad at his job, needs other people to think for him and do his job for him. Ross is not a very bright guy, if he gets paid minimum wage, they are paying too much. Ross can not get anything right
