Shelves and shelves of interesting books, well organized and appealing; a helpful staff and a fair trade system - whats not to love? We go in and enjoy poking around and then go home with great books to read. As a bonus, the store offers the lessons that we can get value from the books were done with and that not everything has to be new to be just right.

We enjoy the occasional trip up to Longmont from Denver, and visiting the Used Book Emporium is always a great excuse to hang out downtown for awhile. Its a great little place that always has something new and interesting, and you can clear out some space on your bookshelves by swapping some old books that you know youre not going to re-read.

One of the last great used bookstores in Boulder or Longmont. Their collection is totally digitized (so books are easy to find), and with over 60,000 titles, youll often find what you need. Good atmosphere, easy going owners.

There is always something interesting to find! Their staff is helpful and the selection is robust. The location is pretty good too, being right in downtown. Parking is a pain... but nonetheless, youve gotta check them out.

Lovely bookstore with nice tall shelves and a wide selection. However, the prices were a bit higher than I have paid at other used book stores. All the same, if you are a book lover, you are sure to find something you like.

As someone who chooses used book stores to find sacred treasures, I found that this store lacked in that arena. Mostly your run-of-the-mill mainstream releases that can be procured in the B&N down the street in most cities

Great place, great prices. They dont just sell used books. They have a database, so they can tell you whats in inventory. Staff is friendly. I stop in every chance I get.
