I am in love With BTS
This book store is amazing I like their manga selection always have, and if I need a book it can be easily ordered in with in the week. I read through the comments and was concerned that there where some unnecessary content. I worked in a Barnes&Noble 2 years ago and am familiar with its policies. I read one about the store only being able to ship books to the customers house and that is completely wrong. Most books can easily be ordered in to the store, but certain books that have to be printed can only be shipped to your house, those are referred to as print on demand or POD. Which means that one has stopped being printed on a regular basis and is printed with your order. Because of the lack in demand which caused it to be a POD makes it non-returnable. These books are prepaid and shipped to your home, we do that to make sure the merchandise you paid for makes it in your hands. That would be the only reason a book would have to be shipped to your house. The one about a gift receipt not working for a gift a child recieved was absurd. The gift receipt policy gives the customer two months.... I repeat two whole months to return an item even if opened and/or it doesnt work, but the women who left the comment waited half a year to return it!! A whole six months. Which means the purchase would be completely out of the computer system and completely impossible to return. Anyone who works in retail or had worked in retail can understand that once the purchase leaves the systems data than nothing can be done to put it back or process a return. And all the comments about how the store is bad because they dont price match to our own website is also annoying, the books are cheaper because they ship directly from the wearhouse to your home. But in the end even though its a cheaper price you would still have to pay for shipping which brings it back to around the same price!! Of course there is a way around that, with a purchase of twenty five dollars you can acquire a membership which gives you a year of FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING. And if you still want to go into the store than that card would also supply you with a fifty dollar return in coupons and it would always give you a ten percent discount. Which is amazing because it stacks with coupons and already discounted items, even items in clearance that are fifty percent off. And yes I own a membership because it does save me money and it is beneficial, I mean it works on discounting the Starbucks in store and gives forty percent off hardcover best sellers. Okay end of rant, and I hope this helped to clear up some misunderstandings. -Sincerely a concerned x-employee

Customer Service is deplorable. My daughter received a craft kit for her Birthday in May (its now November) & she just opened it to make the craft & discovered that it was ruined & unusable. Someone had clearly opened it (the clay was open & dried out, the molds had been used) & returned it. We had a gift receipt so I stopped by the store w/ the receipt & explained what we discovered. They said it was too late to do anything & I asked to speak to the manager who iterated the same thing. I understand that its been some time, but I dont think its unreasonable that a child wouldnt open a gift like this immediately. So they wont allow an exchange w/ a gift receipt, but they obviously accepted a return on a used craft & then resold it.

Terribly unwelcoming! The music section was roped off because an employee didnt show up and they were concerned about thefts. When I asked to go into the section, the employee let me climb under the rope...how graceful... and then stood within 10 feet of me, shadowing me from aisle to aisle even though I was the ONLY person in the area. I asked him if he was going to follow me around and he said "I have to stand here." I told him I found this very offensive and asked for the store manager. When I explained to her how customer UNfriendly the whole experience was, she again referred to being short staffed. There has to be a better way to handle no- shows than to treat honest customers like criminals!!! Go ANYWHERE else!

this store is not as good as it used to be anymore---the staff used to be very friendly and helpful---but the people working there now care more about talking to each other then to the customers, they really stare at you when you go into the music and video section, as they claim they have high theft there the last time i was in the music/video section, i kept getting asked by the worker what do you want over and over, i told her i was just looking around and she said to me keep your hands off of the cds and dvds if you dont plan on buying anything. and this store no longer lets you use the free wifi if you have to plug your laptop computer or whatever else into an outlet.

Pretty good book store. Coffee shop inside, just like every other shop, and plenty of seating. Staff is very helpful and the place is very clean. One blemish on this Barnes and Nobles is that there are no outlets in the place. I was trying to find one to plug my lap top into but there was none to be found anywhere around the perimeter of the store. Other than that its a great place.

Went for the puppet show today and had a blast.. the library upstairs is so accommodating for kids and babies. Its really refreshing to let the kids run around without fear of them hurting themselves or something else. Staff was amazing and store was super intriguing.. lots of amazing books and selections for every type of reader out there ! Will be going back! its awesome

Rented a $200+ textbook for around $35 which was nice. Until I returned it late and they billed be $200+ to now buy the book that I had already sent back. Now they wont contact me to send me the book back since I now own it. Very unforgiving and $200 is A LOT of money when you are a poor college student. I had to sell my bike to pay the debt because I wasnt working yet.

I wont be going back to this store who knew you couldnt look around without being harassed and made to feel uncomfortable. I put a book on hold go into get it and start looking around actually I was looking for a bible to journal in. And after 15mins of being followed and being uncomfortable I paid for my book and bookmarked and left. Screw this place

I called to sign up for an event and was given the wrong time. The employees there are unprofessional. They do not care about the customers. They ignore you and talk to each other like they are socializing and not there to work. When they do talk to you, they are rude and make you feel like you are asking stupid questions and wasting their time.

Though it is a small store, the selection is very broad, from Best Selling books to obscure movies. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you cant find what youre looking for, fear not! The staff is more than happy to order your book not only to the store, but to your house, as well!
